PRESSWORK. All forms are to be carefully made ready and printed by the web offset process in uniform color using good grades of ink as follows: Four-Color Cover Forms - in four-color process cover inks. Four-Color Body Forms - in four-color process body inks. One and Two-Color Body Forms - in black only or black and a second nonmetallic color ink. Self-cover forms may require the use of cover inks which will be invoiced at the cover ink prices. CUSTOMER FURNISHED PAPER You shall furnish f.o.b. our plant of manufacture all paper required for the printing of your publications outlined in Exhibit C in the weights, kinds and sizes set forth herein or as we shall otherwise mutually agree upon in accordance with a mutually agreeable delivery schedule and in sufficient time to meet the production schedule. All paper furnished by you shall be of good quality and with mechanical properties suitable for efficient performance of the work for which it is intended. Paper shall be delivered to us in rolls with cores to our specifications, properly wrapped and wound with pasters plainly flagged. Returnable cores shall be returned by us in accordance with your directions at your expense. We shall reimburse you for the cost of any returnable cores received by us for the work and not returned by us to the millx xxxm which such cores were shipped. Paper not conforming to specifications, concealed damage and defective paper shall be rejected by us, reported promptly to you, and held for your instructions as to the disposition thereof. Should you require us to use defective paper or paper not conforming to specifications and should we incur additional costs as a result of the use of such paper, we shall charge you an amount fairly reflecting such additional costs. Without limiting the foregoing, it is agreed that roll stock causing more than a ratio of five (5) proven paper caused web breaks per one-hundred (100) rolls of each type of stock and basis weight within a series identified as a month's production of the mill shall not be considered of suitable mechanical quality and that to the extent the paper falls below this standard we shall be entitled to make an additional charge as aforesaid. Should you furnish paper which is designed for use in another printing process than that set forth in this Agreement, we will make every reasonable effort to utilize such paper, it being understood that any additional costs resulting from the use of such paper in producing an acceptable product wil...

PRESSWORK. The presswork shall contain “VOID” pantograph which will be exposed when an attempt is made to photocopy on color or black-and-white photocopiers, fax or otherwise reproduced. Void pantograph shall meet the image processing requirements of bank holding state’s accounts. Check face is blue, warning band to read "This check is blue, the back contains a state seal watermark, hold at an angle to verify." The void pantograph, of heat resistant ink, must be on bottom one third front side of form (check face). The document area corresponding to the MICR clear band (5/8 inch bottom band of finished document) should be kept free of printing ink on both the front and back of the finished document. Two sides different. Check face: Light blue ink background with armorial bearing (state of Connecticut seal). Backer on reverse side of check face: light black/gray ink. Head to left. Check backer: one solid line in light gray ink (to be determined by OSC and awarded vendor). In same ink, the following messages must appear: "KNOW YOUR ENDORSER – REQUIRE IDENTIFICATION" Top edge. "DO NOT WRITE, STAMP OR SIGN BELOW THIS LINE" One and one half inch below top edge. In black ink, the sequenced check stock inventory control number (see below) must appear in lower right edge of the check backer running in short direction. In smaller type (to be determined by awarded vendor and Office of the State Comptroller), the form name will be printed: CO-205 (REV 5/10). DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR Printing: Cut Sheet Laser Check Stock Exact ink colors (PMS specifications) to be determined by awarded vendor and Office of the State Comptroller. The ink will be subject to temperatures up to 395 degrees Fahrenheit, and 120 psi pressure, for a dwell time of 28 milliseconds. Printing inks are also exposed to fuser oil and Xerox MICR toner during laser printing. Printing ink must dry well, not be tacky, and not transfer from a printed sheet onto other surfaces (offset). Inks to avoid include cold set inks, conductive inks, and rubber-based inks. Drying agents such as starch, talc and rosin sprayed on the forms must also be avoided.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.   • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7.   • Construction Drawings After approving the Additional Programming Information, Landlord shall cause the Architect and the Engineers to prepare and deliver to Tenant Construction Drawings that conform to the approved Space Plan and the approved Additional Programming Information. Such preparation and delivery shall occur within 15 business days after the later of Landlord’s approval of the Additional Programming Information or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Construction Drawings by notice to Landlord. If Tenant disapproves the Construction Drawings, Tenant’s notice of disapproval shall specify any revisions Tenant desires in the Construction Drawings. After receiving such notice of disapproval, Landlord shall cause the Architect and/or the Engineers to revise the Construction Drawings, taking into account the reasons for Tenant’s disapproval (provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to cause the Architect or the Engineers to make any revision to the Construction Drawings that is inconsistent with the Landlord Requirements or that Landlord otherwise reasonably disapproves), and resubmit the Construction Drawings to Tenant for its approval. Such revision and resubmission shall occur within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice of disapproval or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement if such revision is not material, and within such longer period of time as may be reasonably necessary (but not more than 15 business days after the later of such receipt or such mutual execution and delivery) if such revision is material. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Tenant has approved the Construction Drawings. The Construction Drawings approved by Landlord and Tenant are referred to in this Work Letter as the “Approved Construction Drawings”.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
