Preventive Maintenance Service.  Contractor’s preventive maintenance program performed in accordance with a maintenance schedule specific to Owner’s equipment  Examine, lubricate, adjust, and repair/replace covered components  Prompt callback coverage  Safety testing  Customer friendly and responsive communications Contractor’s Preventive Maintenance Program, as described in this agreement will be performed in accordance with a maintenance schedule specific to Owner’s equipment. Contractor will provide a regularly assigned technician to the Owner’s property and back up technicians will be available as required to give prompt service as required at all times. Contractor will assign local account representative and will be Owner’s primary contact for communications regarding the agreement. Also available to Owner is our Contractor’s extensive technical support and parts inventory, at the site as needed, and at local warehouses and Contractor’s national service distribution center with express delivery in emergencies. Contractor will periodically examine, lubricate, adjust, and as needed repair or replace the Covered Components listed below.
Preventive Maintenance Service. The Seller will provide a minimum of two Preventive Maintenance Service visits during a year to the units to carry out functional check-ups and minor adjustments/ tuning as may be required.
Preventive Maintenance Service. During the Term, Customer shall receive from Provider preventive maintenance service for the Equipment at regular intervals, twice every twelve month period (“PM Service”). Customer will provide written notice to Provider requesting PM Service, and following such request, the Customer and Provider will agree upon a mutually convenient date(s) and time(s) for the performance of the PM Service, provided that in no event shall such PM Service be performed by Provider later than sixty (60) days after Customer’s request. The services to be performed during the PM Service are set forth in Section 7 below.
Preventive Maintenance Service. The company shall provide and render preventive maintenance as detailed below: a) Air-conditioning plants shall be regularly (1st day of every month) shall be systematically examined, adjusted and lubricated and if, conditions warrant, the component rendered defective due to normal wear and tear will either be replaced without any extra charge. Company shall always ensure the proper working of air-conditioning plants and system.
