Primary Contact Persons. As of the Amendment Effective Date, CDS has designated [*] CDS’ primary contact person and Alimera has designated [*] as Alimera’s primary contact person (each, a “Primary Contact Person”). The Primary Contact Persons shall be responsible for the day-to-day interactions between the Parties related to Development Activities and oversight of the day-to-day operations of these activities. The Primary Contact Persons shall attempt to resolve any disputes that arise during the course of performing such activities. If the Primary Contact Persons cannot resolve any such dispute within thirty (30) days (or such longer reasonable period of time as they may agree) after their initial discussion of such issue, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 12.7. Each Party may change its Primary Contact Person upon written notice to the other Party.
Primary Contact Persons. Each Party shall appoint a person who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of the JSC (except to the extent that this Agreement or a Project Schedule provides that communications shall be submitted through the JPTs) and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (the “Primary Contact Person”). From time to time, each Party may substitute its Primary Contact Person by providing written notice to the other Party. The Primary Contact Persons shall work together to manage and facilitate the communication between the Parties under this Agreement and any Project Schedules, including the resolution (in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) of Disputes that arise in connection with this Agreement. The Primary Contact Person shall not have decision-making authority with respect to any matter under this Agreement or any Project Schedule. Each Party’s Primary Contact Person may, if elected by such Party, also serve as a representative of such Party on the JSC.
Primary Contact Persons. 18.1 Each party shall assign one individual to act as primary contact person for business issues, one individual to act as primary contact person for contract issues, and one individual to act as primary contact person for technical issues, however, it is MEG's intent to have a "Customer Executive" assigned as the "prime" contact for all initial communications.

Each party shall designate a primary contact person (a “Primary Contact Person”) who shall be responsible for the day-to-day interactions between the parties related to activities pursued under the R&D Plan and the oversight of day-to-day operations of these activities. The Primary Contact Persons shall attempt to resolve any disputes that arise during the implementation of the R&D Plan. If the Primary Contact Persons cannot resolve any such dispute within thirty (30) days (or such longer reasonable period of time as they may agree), or if the Primary Contact Persons reasonably believe that they will not be able to resolve any such dispute within such period, the Primary Contact Persons shall refer the dispute to the Joint Steering Committee which shall attempt to resolve the issue in accordance with Section 1.4.

As of the Effective Date, the initial Primary Contact Persons are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Each Party may change its Primary Contact Person upon written notice to the other Party. The Primary Contact Persons shall initially attempt to resolve any disputes that arise during and in connection with any Development Plan. If the Primary Contact Persons cannot resolve any such dispute within thirty (30) days (or such longer reasonable period of time as they may agree in writing) after their initial discussion of such issue, the dispute shall be submitted to the Steering Committee for resolution in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof. Nothing in the foregoing shall limit a Party’s ability to designate one or more additional contact persons to interact with the other Party that are not the Primary Contact Person.

Primary Contact Persons. Within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date, BG and GPC shall each designate a primary contact person (“Primary Contract Person”) who shall be responsible for the day-to-day interactions between the Parties related to the Collaboration and the management of the day-to-day operation of the Collaboration. Each Party may change its Primary Contact Person upon written notice to the other Party. The Joint Steering Committee may request each Party to designate specific primary contact persons which shall be responsible for the day-to-day interactions in specific areas or projects during the Establishment Term and the Collaboration Term (the “Specific Primary Contact Persons”).
Primary Contact Persons. Each of the Parties shall designate a primary contact person (“Primary Contact Person”), who shall administer this Agreement on a day-to-day basis on behalf of their respective Party; provided, however, that all legal notices shall be given in the manner set forth in Article IX.C. herein. If the applicable Primary Contact Persons cannot resolve any such dispute within thirty (30) days (or such longer reasonable period of time as they may agree) after their initial discussion of such issue, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 11.8. Each Party may change its Primary Contact Person upon written notice to the other Party.
