Cooperative Planning. From time to time it is necessary to discuss areas of concern that relate to the responsibility of teaching children. When these times arise, a committee will be formed representing the TTA and the district. The TTA president shall appoint members from the TTA and the Superintendent of Schools shall appoint members representing the district to resolve the areas of concern.

Cooperative Planning. The parties now anticipate that SNWA recovery will be required on or after 2018. The parties agree that since significant lead time is needed to construct and initiate operations of new recovery xxxxx and that sound financial, construction and operations practices require deferral of construction and operation of recovery facilities until closer in time to when recovery xxxxx are needed, the parties agree to meet annually, beginning in the first quarter of 2015 or in the year in which the Annual Operating Plan projects end of year Lake Xxxx at or below elevation 1075 feet to discuss: i. The timing and magnitude of SNWA‟s recovery requests. ii. CAWCD‟s available and planned recovery capacity. iii. CAWCD‟s current estimates of recovery capital and operations costs. iv. The effects of potential shortages of Colorado River water on such requests, capacity and costs.
Cooperative Planning. 6.1 The Parties are committed to an open and thorough process of planning and information sharing. 6.2 TWN will provide written notice to the District of proposed significant land and resource management and use decisions in their asserted traditional territory that may affect municipal interests. TWN will provide this notice with sufficient time to enable the District to understand and respond to the proposed decision. 6.3 Where a proposed District land use decision relating to a significant land development requires a statutory public hearing under the Local Government Act, the District will give notice to the First Nation stating the following: a) the time and date of the hearing; b) the place of the hearing; c) in general terms, the purpose of the bylaw; d) the land or lands that are the subject of the bylaw; and including, e) a copy of the proposed bylaw. 6.4 TWN will make best efforts to provide any input or response 3 days before the public hearing in relation to that proposal and in any event, not later than the close of the public hearing. 6.5 In addition to 6.4, each Party will undertake to provide any input or response to proposals referred to them within a reasonable period of time and will ensure that the views of the other Party in response to any land use or development plan will receive full and fair consideration. 6.6 The Parties commit to involving each other in the development of municipal Official Community Plans and First Nation community plans in a manner appropriate to a government to government relationship. The Parties agree to work cooperatively together in the interest of achieving compatible land use development.
Cooperative Planning. Contractor recognizes that planning within the City and other state and local agencies is essential to the success of a coordinated service delivery system. Contractor agrees to attend and participate in a reasonable number of meetings and planning efforts initiated by City. Contractor agrees to maintain open and responsive working relations with the Rapid City Police Department (RCPD), Pennington County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO), Pennington County Health and Human Services (PCHHS), Rapid City Fire Department (RCFD), Pennington County Dispatch (PCD), and other community partners supporting houseless response activities.
Cooperative Planning. CDOT and the Town shall cooperate in jointly preparing and presenting to appropriate local and state authorities (including authorities of the Town of Frisco and State of Colorado), all plans, plats, drawings and other descriptive or supportive materials that are necessary or desirable for approval of the Project under applicable law. The Project is the development of the Property into residential units for the purpose of work-force housing. The exact nature of the Project shall be as determined by the designated representatives of the parties, and as set forth in the approvals, if any, of the various applications for land use or construction made pursuant to this Agreement. Promptly after final approval of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, the parties shall cooperate in having 80% construction drawings and specifications prepared for the Project, which is included as part of the costs in Section 2.09 and, thereafter, shall further cooperate in having construction cost estimates for the Project prepared based on such drawings.

  • Transition Planning The AGENCY will be responsible for the development of the student’s Transition Plan, which begins upon entry and is completed prior to the student’s exit.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Strategic Planning Facilitate the effective alignment of IT requirements/ Information Resource Management (IRM) plans with strategic business plans and program initiatives. Management Improvements: Development and implementation of improved systems and business practices to optimize productivity and service delivery operations (e.g., analysis, and implementation of improvements in the flow of IT work and program processes and tool utilization, including business system analysis, identification of requirements for streamlining, re-engineering, or re-structuring internal systems/business processes for improvement, determination of IT solution alternatives, benchmarking).

  • Assistance and Cooperation (a) Each of the Companies shall provide (and shall cause its Affiliates to provide) the other Companies and their respective agents, including accounting firms and legal counsel, with such cooperation or information as they may reasonably request in connection with (i) preparing and filing Tax Returns, (ii) determining the liability for and amount of any Taxes due (including estimated Taxes) or the right to and amount of any refund of Taxes, (iii) examinations of Tax Returns, and (iv) any administrative or judicial proceeding in respect of Taxes assessed or proposed to be assessed. Such cooperation shall include making available, upon reasonable notice, all information and documents in their possession relating to the other Companies and their respective Affiliates as provided in Section 9. Each of the Companies shall also make available to the other Companies, as reasonably requested and available, personnel (including employees and agents of the Companies or their respective Affiliates) responsible for preparing, maintaining, and interpreting information and documents relevant to Taxes. (b) Any information or documents provided under this Section 8 or Section 9 shall be kept confidential by the Company or Companies receiving the information or documents, except as may otherwise be necessary in connection with the filing of Tax Returns or in connection with any administrative or judicial proceedings relating to Taxes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other agreement, in no event shall any of the Companies or any of their respective Affiliates be required to provide the other Companies or any of their respective Affiliates or any other Person access to or copies of any information if such action could reasonably be expected to result in the waiver of any Privilege. In addition, in the event that any of the Companies determine that the provision of any information to the other Companies or their respective Affiliates could be commercially detrimental, violate any law or agreement or waive any Privilege, the Parties shall use reasonable best efforts to permit compliance with their obligations under this Section 8 or Section 9 in a manner that avoids any such harm or consequence.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Discharge Planning If further care at home or in another facility is appropriate following discharge from the Hospital, Blue Shield will work with the Member, the attending Physician and the Hospital discharge planners to determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide this care.
