PRINCIPAL MUSICIANS. The designation of Principal Musician shall be made by the Contractor after discussion with the Musical Director/Conductor and agreement by the Producer. This shall be based upon the technical requirements and degree of difficulty requiring exceptional skills required by the musical score. In any event the Concert Master, Lead Trumpet and Harp shall be designated Principal Musician. Such designated musician(s) shall receive an additional minimum payment of twenty-five percent (25%) over and above the musician's basic scale fee as provide for in this Agreement.

PRINCIPAL MUSICIANS. (a) The positions of Piccolo, Cor Anglais, Bass Clarinet, Contra Bassoon, 3rd Horn, 3rd Trombone (Bass), Tuba, Harp, Timpani and Principal 1st Violin are Principal positions.

PRINCIPAL MUSICIANS. Principal Musicians shall receive a minimum thirty percent (30.00%) over the Base Service Rate.
PRINCIPAL MUSICIANS a) The designation of Principal Musician shall be made in consultation with the musician by the Contractor and the Musical Director/Conductor with the agreement of the Producer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, in the event that the musical score requires: - significant solo or exposed playing - exceptional skills - the musical leadership of the orchestra or a section of the orchestra In any event the Concert Master, and Harp shall be designated Principal Musician. Such designated musician(s) shall receive an additional minimum scale payment of twenty-five percent (25%) over and above the musician's basic scale fee as provide for in this Agreement.
PRINCIPAL MUSICIANS. Touring Allowance for UK Tours Where the musician’s home address is more than twenty five miles from a given venue where he/she is required to rehearse or perform, and provided that the musician works the full week, the SGT will pay the musician a Weekly Touring Allowance in accordance with the prevailing MU/UK Theatres Touring Allowance. This rate was at £250 on 1st April 2019 and any increase will be backdated. Please contact the MU on 0000 000 0000 for the latest information. In addition, the musician will receive a weekly Touring Instruments Hire and Maintenance Allowance of £109.13 Overseas tours On overseas tours accommodation is provided and Per Diem payments are allotted according to UK Theatre Equity Overseas Touring. Travel Expenses Provided that the musician’s home address is more than twenty-five miles from the venue where he/she is required to rehearse or perform, the SGT will pay the musician for travel from home to the first venue, venue to venue travel, from the last venue to the musician’s home address at the end of the engagement. Where the musician deps out performances and leaves the tour for an agreed period of time, the SGT will pay travel expenses from the venue the musician leaves to the venue where he/she rejoins the company; or from venue to home and home to the venue where he/she rejoins; whichever is the lower. All travel expenses payments are based on the appropriate standard class advance rail fare, including available reduced price tickets, and will be paid directly into the musician’s bank account at least one week in advance. This is standard procedure for all performers in Globe companies and so the SGT will not reimburse any travel receipts or by mileage.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Medical Director The Contractor shall employ the services of a Medical Director who is a licensed Indiana Health Care Provider (IHCP) provider board certified in family medicine or internal medicine. If the Medical Director is not board certified in family medicine, they shall be supported by a clinical team with experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, adult medicine and obstetrics/gynecology. The Medical Director shall be dedicated full-time to the Contractor’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. The Medical Director shall oversee the development and implementation of the Contractor’s disease management, case management and care management programs; oversee the development of the Contractor’s clinical practice guidelines; review any potential quality of care problems; oversee the Contractor’s clinical management program and programs that address special needs populations; oversee health screenings; serve as the Contractor’s medical professional interface with the Contractor’s primary medical providers (PMPs) and specialty providers; and direct the Quality Management and Utilization Management programs, including, but not limited to, monitoring, corrective actions and other quality management, utilization management or program integrity activities. The Medical Director, in close coordination with other key staff, is responsible for ensuring that the medical management and quality management components of the Contractor’s operations are in compliance with the terms of the Contract. The Medical Director shall work closely with the Pharmacy Director to ensure compliance with pharmacy-related responsibilities set forth in Section 3.4. The Medical Director shall attend all OMPP quality meetings, including the Quality Strategy Committee meetings. If the Medical Director is unable to attend an OMPP quality meeting, the Medical Director shall designate a representative to take his or her place. Notwithstanding the Medical Director ‘s sending of a representative, the Medical Director shall be responsible for knowing and taking appropriate action on all agenda and action items from all OMPP quality meetings.

  • SKILLED TRADES The provisions of the General Agreement shall apply to employees in the Skilled Trades classifications except as altered by the provisions of this Article.

  • School discipline The Parents accept the authority of the Headmaster and of other members of staff on the Headmaster's behalf to take all reasonable disciplinary or preventative action necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of the Pupil and the School community as a whole. The School's policies on behaviour and discipline current at the time and published on the School website apply to all pupils at the School and at all times when the Pupil is in or at school, (including when engaged in online or remote learning), representing the School or wearing School uniform, travelling to or from School, on School-organised trips or associated with the School at any time. The policies shall also apply at all times and places in circumstances where failing to apply this policy may affect the health, safety or wellbeing of a member of the School community or a member of the public, have repercussions for the orderly running of the School or bring the School into disrepute.
