Priority Classes.  Critical The production system or deployment is currently inoperative. Continued usage of one or more critical functions of the product/deployment is impossible and prevents normal usage or deployment. Critical business operation and usage are severely affected on a production system or deployment process system. The problem is time-critical and causes a production or deployment stoppage. Targeted Response Time for Critical priority incidents is 4 hours for Bronze/Standard Support tiers.  High A severe functionality loss of the production system or deployment, but the system remains operational. The problem is time-sensitive and may be causing an immediate functional stoppage. Targeted Response Time for High priority incidents is 8 hours for Bronze/Standard Support tiers.  General A functionality issue has occurred but processing can continue, or a non-business critical function is not performing properly. Business operations are continuing and the impact is minor or a workaround exists. The problem can be time-sensitive but is not causing an immediate work stoppage and usage can continue in a restricted fashion. Targeted Response Time for General priority incidents is 2 days for Bronze/Standard Support tiers.  Low A request or question for general support or information on a product. There is no work stoppage and operations can continue in an unrestricted manner. This includes requests for a new feature or functionality in the existing product or important to long-term functionality. Targeted Response Time for Low priority incidents is 5 days for Bronze/Standard Support tiers.

Priority Classes.  Critical This priority is reserved exclusively for incidents in which the Customer’s production system is down or the Customer intends to initially start his production system very soon and this issue will prevent the production system to start operations. Targeted Response Time for Critical incidents is 4 hours for Bronze/Standard Support, 2 hours for Silver/Advanced and 1 hour for Gold/Premium Support tiers.  High This priority shall be used for situations where there is a severe functionality loss, but the Customer’s production system remains operational and processing can continue. Targeted Response Time for High priority incidents is 8 hours for all support tiers.  Medium/General A functionality error has occurred but processing can still continue, or a non-business critical function is not performing properly. Targeted Response Time for Medium/General priority incidents is 2 days for all support tiers.  Low Request for service or information or a problem of minor impact has been identified. Targeted Response Time for Low priority incidents is 5 days for all support tiers.

  • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • Covering Classes Employees shall not be required to substitute for absent employees. Where substitutes cannot be obtained for an absent employee, temporary coverage will be worked out mutually by the principal and the affected employee. The principal shall establish a list of volunteers and shall rotate requests for coverage among those who volunteer. Where said lists have not been established, teachers shall not be subject to disciplinary action for refusal to cover classes. Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by covering the class of an absent employee when no substitute is available shall have their hourly rate increase by twenty-five ($25) dollars during the period spent covering a class (rounded to the nearest half hour). Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by accepting a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee in order to cover a class when no substitute is available shall have their daily rate increased by twenty- five ($25) dollars on those days when they accept a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee. Classes will be proportioned as equally as possible. In elementary schools where sufficient volunteers are available, classes shall be divided equally among at least four (4) employees. When volunteers substitute by covering other classes, they are responsible to provide adequate planning for their own classes for the following school day.

  • Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).

  • Class Size The School shall be in compliance with Florida Constitutional Class Size Requirements, as applicable to charter schools.

  • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Priority Hiring If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 and this Agreement is for services (other than Consulting Services), this section is applicable. Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.

  • Lower Class Bump the least senior employee in a lower class (or class option) in which the employee previously served (or another class option within that class for which the employee is determined to be qualified by the Employer) more than thirty-five (35) miles of the employee's current work location (employee must be position-qualified if Unit 6).

  • Seniority Preference In the establishment of new work week schedules, the Employer shall give preference to employees in accordance with seniority.
