Privacy of Your Information. 25.1 As per our privacy policy, we: (i) collect, use, hold and disclose your personal, credit related and confidential information (including metering data) where it is required under the Applicable Regulations and in order to provide you with our products and services under this Agreement with you. (ii) may disclose this information to third parties in the conduct of our business; (iii) may also collect sensitive information about you or third parties (for example if you notify us that life support equipment is used at your Supply Address). 25.2 If you do not provide the information we request, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you. 25.3 If you provide us with personal information about another person (such as a Secondary Representative), please make sure you inform them that their information has been provided to us and make them aware of our privacy policy. 25.4 Our privacy policy also includes our credit reporting policy and explains the type of credit information we collect and how we may use and disclose your credit information. 25.5 You understand that in the course of doing business, we may elect to disclose your credit information to a third party such as a credit reporting agency which may lead to changes in your credit history. 25.6 You can access our privacy policy on our website or contact us to request a copy to be sent to you.

  • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology. You consent and agree that UPS shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works from, and distribute to others without limitation or obligation of any type to You all comments, information, data, and suggestions, including the Beta Technology Report and feedback data (but not including financial data, financial plans or product plans not commonly known or publicly available), that You provide to UPS related to the Beta Technology. Further, UPS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information without limitation or obligation of any type to You.

  • Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person.   • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Protection of Your Data We will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data, as described in the Documentation. Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of Your Data by Our personnel except (a) to provide the Purchased Services and prevent or address service or technical problems, (b) as compelled by law in accordance with Section 8.3 (Compelled Disclosure) below, or (c) as You expressly permit in writing.

  • Employer Information The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all matters relating to the Executive’s compensation, death, Disability or Separation from Service, and such other information as the Administrator reasonably requires.

  • Customer Information CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.

  • Privacy of Customer Information The Seller’s Customer Information in the possession of the Administrative Agent or the Buyers, other than information independently obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Buyers and not derived in any manner from or using information obtained under or in connection with this Agreement, is and shall remain confidential and proprietary information of the Seller. Except in accordance with this Section 16.9, the Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall not use any Seller’s Customer Information for any purpose, including the marketing of products or services to, or the solicitation of business from, Customers, or disclose any Seller’s Customer Information to any Person, including any of the Administrative Agent’s or the Buyers’ employees, agents or contractors or any third party not affiliated with the Administrative Agent or a Buyer. The Administrative Agent and the Buyers may use or disclose Seller’s Customer Information only to the extent necessary (i) for examination and audit of the Administrative Agent’s or the Buyers’ respective activities, books and records by their regulatory authorities, (ii) to market or sell Purchased Mortgage Loans or to enforce or exercise their rights under any Repurchase Document, (iii) to carry out the Administrative Agent’s, the Buyers’ and the Custodian’s express rights and obligations under this Agreement and the other Repurchase Documents (including providing Seller’s Customer Information to Approved Investors), or (iv) in connection with an assignment or participation as authorized by Section 22 or in connection with any hedging transaction related to the Purchased Loans and for no other purpose; provided that the Administrative Agent and the Buyers may also use and disclose the Seller’s Customer Information as expressly permitted by the Seller in writing, to the extent that such express permission is in accordance with the Privacy Requirements. The Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall ensure that each Person to which the Administrative Agent or a Buyer intends to disclose Seller’s Customer Information, before any such disclosure of information, agrees to keep confidential any such Seller’s Customer Information and to use or disclose such Seller’s Customer Information only to the extent necessary to protect or exercise the Administrative Agents, the Buyers’ or the Custodian’s rights and privileges, or to carry out the Administrative Agent’s, the Buyers’ and the Custodian’s express obligations, under this Agreement and the other Repurchase Documents (including providing Seller’s Customer Information to Approved Investors). The Administrative Agent agrees to maintain an Information Security Program and to assess, manage and control risks relating to the security and confidentiality of Seller’s Customer Information pursuant to such program in the same manner as the Administrative Agent does in respect of its own customers’ information, and shall implement the standards relating to such risks in the manner set forth in the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Company Customer Information set forth in 12 C.F.R. Parts 30, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308, 364, 568 and 570. Without limiting the scope of the foregoing sentence, the Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall use at least the same physical and other security measures to protect all of the Seller’s Customer Information in their possession or control as each of them uses for its own customers’ confidential and proprietary information.

  • YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 17.1 We collect certain information about the purchaser and the users of the Card in order to operate the Card programme. IDT Financial Services Limited is the data controllers of Your personal data, and will manage and protect Your personal data in accordance with applicable law.IDT Financial Services Limited receives card services from First Data Slovakia s.r.o., which acts as a data processor for IDT Financial Services Limited. 17.2 We may transfer Your personal data outside the EEA to Our commercial partners where necessary to provide Our services to You, such as customer service, account administration, financial reconciliation, or where the transfer is necessary as a result of Your request, such as the processing of any international transaction. When We transfer personal data outside the EEA, We will take steps to ensure that Your personal data is afforded substantially similar protection as personal data processed within the EEA. Please be aware that not all countries have laws to protect personal data in a manner equivalent to that of the EEA. Your use of Our products and services will indicate to Us that You agree to the transfer of Your personal data outside the EEA. If You withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your personal data or its transfer outside the EEA, which You can do by using the contact details in clause 15, We will not be able to provide Our services to You. Therefore, such withdrawal of consent will be deemed to be a termination of the Agreement. 17.3 Unless You have provided Your explicit permission, Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes by Us or Our commercial partners (unless You have independently provided Your consent to them directly), nor will it be shared with third parties unconnected with the Card scheme. 17.4 You have the right to request details of the personal information that is held about You, and You may receive this by writing to our Customer Service Center. 17.5 Please refer to the Privacy Policy of IDT Financial Services Limited xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacypolicy.pdf for full details, which You accept by accepting the Agreement.

  • Alert Information As Alerts delivered via SMS, email and push notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your passcode or full account number. You acknowledge and agree that Alerts may not be encrypted and may include your name and some information about your accounts, and anyone with access to your Alerts will be able to view the contents of these messages.
