Pro rata accrual rate. A full time weekly employee shall be entitled to 10 days of personal leave per year. Personal leave shall accrue on a progressive basis throughout a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work. A part-time employee’s benefit shall be calculated in line with the ratio that his/her weekly average ordinary hours bears to 38 hours. Personal leave accumulates from year to year
Pro rata accrual rate.
