Section 24.1 New Hire Probationary Period All newly hired employees shall be required to serve a one (1) year probationary period. Employees may be disciplined or terminatedterminated from employment at any time during their initial probationary period, and such action shall not be appealable through the grievance procedure set forth herein nor through any civil service procedure.
