PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND SENIORITY. 15.01 New employees of the Employer shall be considered probationary employees until they have successfully completed a probationary period of fifty (50) days worked which would include days not worked but paid for by the Employer. Upon completion of the probation period, continuous service, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall date from the original date of hire.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND SENIORITY. 15.01 10:01 New employees of the Employer employer shall be considered probationary employees until they have successfully completed a probationary period of four hundred and fifty (50450) days hours worked or twelve (12) months, whichever occurs first, after which would include days not worked but paid time their continuous service for by the Employer. Upon completion of the probation period, continuous service, for the all purposes of this Agreement, agreement shall date from the original date of hire. Hours must be worked in order to pass probation.
