PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND SENIORITY. 7.01 An employee will be considered on probation for the first one hundred and twenty (1 20) consecutive worked days, and will have no seniority rights during this period of time. After one hundred and twenty (1 20) consecutive worked days, the employee's seniority shall date back to the day on which his employment began.

After one hundred and twenty sixty (1 2060) consecutive worked working days, the employee's seniority shall date back to the day on which his employment began. As a matter of clarification, after having completed a total of sixty (60) working days, the employee shall commence to acquire seniority. An employee's seniority date, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall be back-dated sixty (60) working days.
