2.2 In order to propose a variation, the Authority shall serve each Services Framework Supplier with a Notice of Variation.

2.4 Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Framework Provider has three (3) Working Days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation.
2.5 Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, the Authority may then service each Framework Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Framework Provider within three

2.2 In order to propose a variation, UK SBS shall serve each Services Framework Provider with a Notice of Variation.
2.3 The Notice of Variation shall:-
2.3.1 contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow each Services Framework Provider to assess the variation and consider whether any changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices are necessary; and
2.3.2 require each Services Framework Provider to notify UK SBS within thirty (30) days of any proposed changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices.
2.4 Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Services Framework Provider has thirty (30) days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation.
2.5 Where UK SBS does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, UK SBS may then serve each Services Framework Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Services Framework Provider within thirty (30) days of receipt.
2.6 Upon receipt of a signed agreement from each Services Framework Provider, UK SBS shall notify all Services Framework Providers in writing of the commencement date of the variation.

2.3.2 require the Provider to notify the Authority within five (5) working days of any proposed changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices.
2.4 Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, the Provider has five (5) days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation.
2.5 Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, the Authority may then serve the Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by the Provider within five (5) days of receipt.
2.6 Upon receipt of a signed agreement from the Provider, the Authority shall notify the Provider in writing of the commencement date of the variation.

In order to propose a variation, the Authority shall serve each Services Framework Provider with a Notice of Variation. Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Services Framework Provider has [TextReq Insert as Appropriate ] days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation. Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, the Authority may then serve each Services Framework Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Services Framework Provider within [TextReq Insert as Appropriate ] days of receipt. Upon receipt of a signed agreement from each Services Framework Provider, the Authority shall notify all Services Framework Providers in writing of the commencement date of the variation.

2.2 In order to propose a variation, I-FLAIR shall serve each Services Framework Contractor with written notice of the proposal to vary the Framework Agreement (“Notice of Variation”).
2.3 The Notice of Variation shall:-
2.3.1 contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow each Services Framework Contractor to assess the variation and consider whether any changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices are necessary; and
2.3.2 require each Services Framework Contractor to notify I-FLAIR within 7 days (or such other period as I-Flair may specify) of any proposed changes to the prices set out in its Pricing Matrices.
2.4 Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Services Framework Contractor has 7 days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation.
2.5 Where I-FLAIR does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, I-FLAIR may then serve each Services Framework Contractor with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Services Framework Contractor within 7 days of receipt.
2.6 Upon receipt of a signed agreement from each Services Framework Contractor, I-FLAIR shall notify all Services Framework Contractors in writing of the commencement date of the variation.

In order to propose a variation, LPP shall serve each Provider on the Dynamic Purchasing System with written notice of the proposal to vary the Agreement ("Notice of Variation"). The Notice of Variation shall:- contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow each Provider to assess the variation ; Not applicable. Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Provider has [10] days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation. Where LPP does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, LPP may then serve each Provider with a written agreement detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Provider within [10] days of receipt. Upon receipt of a signed agreement from each Provider, LPP shall notify all Providers in writing of the commencement date of the variation.

2.2 (Except where the Authority or Service Provider propose minor amendments or rectifications specific to the Service Provider and/or this Agreement which may be agreed between the Parties and implemented) in order to propose a variation which affects this Agreement and every other corresponding agreement made between the Authority and any other DPS Provider, the Authority shall electronically serve each DPS Provider with written notice of the proposal to vary the Agreement (Notice of Variation).
2.3 The Notice of Variation shall:
(a) contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow each DPS Provider to assess the variation; and
(b) require each DPS Provider to notify the Authority within fourteen (14) days of any proposed changes.
2.4 On receipt of the Notice of Variation, each DPS Provider has fourteen (14) days to electronically respond to the Authority in writing with any objections to the variation.
2.5 Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, the Authority may then electronically serve each DPS Provider with a written statement detailing the variation to be electronically signed (or acknowledged) and notified by each DPS Provider to the Authority within fourteen

In order to propose a variation, the Authority shall serve each Framework Service Provider with written notice of the proposal to vary its framework agreement ("Notice of Variation"). The Notice of Variation shall:- contain details of the proposed variation providing sufficient information to allow each Framework Service Provider to assess the impact of the variation shall clearly show the changes that need to be made to the contractual text to bring into effect the variation Upon receipt of the Notice of Variation, each Framework Service Provider has Twenty (20) Working Days to respond in writing with any objections to the variation. Where the Authority does not receive any written objections to the variation within the timescales detailed in paragraph 2.4, the Authority may then serve each Framework Service Provider with two copies of a written agreement, signed by representatives of the Authority, detailing the variation to be signed and returned by each Framework Service Provider within five (5) Working Days of receipt. Each Framework Service Provider will sign both copies and return one copy to the Authority within the timescale Upon receipt of a signed agreement from each Framework Service Provider, the Authority shall notify all Framework Service Providers in writing of the commencement date of the variation.
