Process to Ensure Parental Involvement. The Board shall establish policies to ensure parental involvement. These requirements shall not require the payment of tuition or mandatory service requirements, but will include requirements for parental or legal guardian participation in enrollment procedures, school policy recommendation, and student discipline. HCCS is a public school of choice and parents who choose this school for their children are agreeing to abide by the policies of the school. The Board can establish or recognize an official parent committee. Members of that committee will be elected annually by parents or designated guardians of students enrolled in the school according to policy to be set by the Board.

Process to Ensure Parental Involvement. Parents of students who attend Xxxxxxx Academy will be involved in the education of their children and in the school at many levels. The process to ensure parental involvement will be as follows: • Parents will receive a student/parent handbook at registration. • Parents will be encouraged to attend two parent teacher conferences per year. • Parents will be asked to complete surveys throughout the school year addressing the following issues: safety of students, classroom discipline, school-wide discipline, child’s response to classroom atmosphere, and parents’ perception of learning environment. • Parents will be encouraged to be involved in the Parent Activity Committee (PAC) and to volunteer for school projects, programs, and committees, and to work specifically with students who are challenged academically. • Parents will be encouraged to provide an appropriate learning environment at home for study. Public Access Xxxxxxx Academy’s policies regarding the ways in which the public may have access to the school’s students, staff, and facilities will be outlined in the Student/Parent Handbook. Parents and members of the community are invited to communicate with teachers, administrators, and board members. The charter school will comply with Idaho statutes relating to public records and public meetings, as indicated in the Bylaws. Xxxxxxx Academy gives permission for public inspection. Annual Financial and Programmatic Operations Audits An independent annual financial audit will be conducted by a qualified CPA after the completion of each charter school year. Programmatic Operations audits will be conducted as mandated by state requirements as outlined in: • I.C. 33-5205(4)(k) • I.C. 33-5206(7) • IDAPA 08.02.04.300.03, Rules Governing Public Charter Schools • IDAPA 08.03.01.301.12, Rules of the Public Charter School Commission In accordance with Idaho Administrative Rule the programmatic operations audit must be submitted annually and must be submitted to the Public Charter School Commission no later than October 15th for the previous school year (IDAPA 08.03.03.301.12).

  • Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • Updated Information Submission by Developer The updated information submission by the Developer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. Developer shall submit a completed copy of the Large Generating Facility data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. It shall also include any additional information provided to Connecting Transmission Owner for the Interconnection Feasibility Study and Interconnection Facilities Study. Information in this submission shall be the most current Large Generating Facility design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with NYISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Developer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Developer’s data is different from what was originally provided to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO pursuant to an Interconnection Study Agreement among Connecting Transmission Owner, NYISO and Developer and this difference may be reasonably expected to affect the other Parties’ facilities or the New York State Transmission System, but does not require the submission of a new Interconnection Request, then NYISO will conduct appropriate studies to determine the impact on the New York State Transmission System based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. Such studies will provide an estimate of any additional modifications to the New York State Transmission System, Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades based on the actual data and a good faith estimate of the costs thereof. The Developer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed. The Developer shall be responsible for the cost of any modifications required by the actual data, including the cost of any required studies.

  • Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities.   • Professional Growth Program There shall be a Professional Growth Program in place for all classified employees. Professional Growth is an organized activity designed to improve performance of employees in the classified service and to provide training for employees to gain new skills and abilities, to broaden their opportunity for promotion, to engage in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of the classified employee.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

  • Professional Growth Plan A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. The approved form for the Professional Growth Plan shall be those developed by the Ohio Department of Education.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.
