PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1.1. The Processor undertakes to process Personal Data on behalf of the Controller in accordance with the conditions in this Data Processing Agreement. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently. Processor shall not process Personal Data by any means other than instructed by Controller and in accordance with the Agreement.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 2.1. The Processor undertakes to process the Personal Data under the instructions of the Party Responsible under the terms and conditions of this Processor’s Agreement. Processing will solely occur for the purpose of using the various applications offered by the Processor for the performance of the Agreement and the purposes which will be determined subject to later agreement.

PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1. ONIX aims to process personal data on behalf of the CUSTOMER in accordance to the conditions stated in this DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes, as may be agreed to subsequently.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1. We undertake to process personal data on your behalf and in accordance with the conditions laid down in this DPA and the applicable privacy legislation. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Services agreed upon between the Parties and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1.1. JivoChat will process Data Subjects’ personal data only to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose of providing the services in accordance with JivoChat Terms of Service and this Data Processing Agreement.

The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Data Processing Addendum, and for all purposes that Parties agree to subsequently.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1.1. ZONE undertakes to process personal data on behalf of Customer in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Data Processing Agreement. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, in particular for the processing of Customer Data through the Services provided by ZONE, and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently.

The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently.

The Processor undertakes to process personal data on behalf and by instructions of the Controller in accordance with the conditions set out in this Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter: ‘the DPA’). The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed by the Parties.
