PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1.1. The Processor undertakes to process personal data on behalf of the Controller in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Data Processing Agreement. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently. 1.2. The Processor shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by the Controller. The Controller will inform the Processor of any such purposes which are not contemplated in this Data Processing Agreement. 1.3. All personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain the property of the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects. 1.4. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.

PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 2.1. The Processor undertakes to process the Personal Data under the instructions of the Party Responsible under the terms and conditions of this Processor’s Agreement. Processing will solely occur for the purpose of using the various applications offered by the Processor for the performance of the Agreement and the purposes which will be determined subject to later agreement. 2.2. The Processor will not use the Personal Data for purposes other than those determined by the Party Responsible. The Party Responsible will inform the Processor of the processing objective where these have not been already mentioned in the Processor’s Agreement. However, the Processor may use the Personal Data for statistical and/or quality purposes and also for performing statistical research into the quality of its service. The Processor may also use the data in an aggregated and anonymised form for its own purposes. 2.3. The Personal Data to be processed under the instructions of the Party Responsible will remain the property of the Party Responsible and/or the respective persons responsible. 2.4. The Personal Data collected, processed and used by the Processor on behalf of the Responsible concern the following categories of personal data; - name and address details - Contract data (income data) - Personnel file - Personal schedule - Time registration - Balances (leave etc.) - If applicable: hash derived from unique characteristics finger (can not be reconstructed to a fingerprint)

These reports should be made to the group that approved the request, via the JCST Data Manager. Provide a formal report of findings to the DAARG on completion. The Processor is responsible for prevention of function creep. Provide copies of Publications, Presentations or other output produced utilising the released data to the DAARG prior to publication and/or circulation. Notify the JCST Data Manager when the data utilised for the agreed purpose is no longer required and confirm its xxxxxxxx0. Continued holding of data past agreed timeframes might result in legal actions taken against the Data Processor. Data Processor also agrees to delete information provided on demand during the agreed project duration if a legitimate reason occurs. The Processor shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified in the approved Data Request Form. All personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain the property of the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.

When carrying out the processing activities, the Processor shall act only on the documented instructions from the Controller and for the purposes authorised by the Controller. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the personal data. Within the framework of this Data Processing Agreement or other agreements between the Parties, it is the Controller who shall have the say in regard to the personal data furnished to the Processor and in regard to the data processed by the Processor within that framework. All rights attached to the personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain with the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects.
