PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 1.1. The Processor undertakes to process personal data on behalf of the Controller in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Data Processing Agreement. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed to subsequently.
1.2. The Processor shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by the Controller. The Controller will inform the Processor of any such purposes which are not contemplated in this Data Processing Agreement.
1.3. All personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain the property of the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects.
1.4. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. 2.1. The Processor undertakes to process the Personal Data under the instructions of the Party Responsible under the terms and conditions of this Processor’s Agreement. Processing will solely occur for the purpose of using the various applications offered by the Processor for the performance of the Agreement and the purposes which will be determined subject to later agreement.
2.2. The Processor will not use the Personal Data for purposes other than those determined by the Party Responsible. The Party Responsible will inform the Processor of the processing objective where these have not been already mentioned in the Processor’s Agreement. However, the Processor may use the Personal Data for statistical and/or quality purposes and also for performing statistical research into the quality of its service. The Processor may also use the data in an aggregated and anonymised form for its own purposes.
2.3. The Personal Data to be processed under the instructions of the Party Responsible will remain the property of the Party Responsible and/or the respective persons responsible.
2.4. The Personal Data collected, processed and used by the Processor on behalf of the Responsible concern the following categories of personal data; - name and address details - Contract data (income data) - Personnel file - Personal schedule - Time registration - Balances (leave etc.) - If applicable: hash derived from unique characteristics finger (can not be reconstructed to a fingerprint)

The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Master Agreement or Agreement, and for all purposes that Parties agree to subsequently.
1.2. The Controller and/or Controller’s clients decide what (types of) personal data will be processed by the Processor. An overview of the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the purpose of the processing is included in Supplement 1.
1.3. The Processor shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by the Controller.

1.5. The Processor, however, is permitted to use data, after all personal data has been deleted, for statistical purposes to enhance the quality of the Processor’s Services.
PROCESSING OBJECTIVES. The Processor undertakes to process personal data on behalf of the Controller in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Data Sharing and Processing Agreement and the Data Request Form. The Data Request Form will form part of this Data Sharing and Processing Agreement and will be legally binding to the same extent as this agreement. The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement. Processing objectives are as follows: Data Analysis or Research as specified in the above Data Request Form and agreed by the JCST/ISCP Data Analysis, Audit, and Research Group and/or the ISCP Surgical Director and JCST Data Manager and in instances where personally identifiable information is shared also the RCSEng Data Protection Officer. Provide regular1 updates on progress of the project study, to the Data Analysis, Audit and Research Group (DAARG) and/or to the ISCP Surgical Director and JCST Data Manager. These reports should be made to the group that approved the request, via the JCST Data Manager. Provide a formal report of findings to the DAARG on completion. The Processor is responsible for prevention of function creep. Provide copies of Publications, Presentations or other output produced utilising the released data to the DAARG prior to publication and/or circulation. Notify the JCST Data Manager when the data utilised for the agreed purpose is no longer required and confirm its xxxxxxxx0. Continued holding of data past agreed timeframes might result in legal actions taken against the Data Processor. Data Processor also agrees to delete information provided on demand during the agreed project duration if a legitimate reason occurs. The Processor shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified in the approved Data Request Form. All personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain the property of the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.

The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes, as may be agreed to subsequently.
2. ONIX shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER will inform ONIX of any such purposes which are not explicit in this DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT or the AGREEMENT.
3. All personal data processed on behalf of the CUSTOMER shall remain the property of the CUSTOMER and/or the relevant DATA SUBJECTS.
4. ONIX shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.

The personal data processed by the Processor, and the categories of Data subjects to whom the personal data relates, are specified in Annex 1. When carrying out the processing activities, the Processor shall act only on the documented instructions from the Controller and for the purposes authorised by the Controller. The Processor shall take no unilateral decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the personal data. Within the framework of this Data Processing Agreement or other agreements between the Parties, it is the Controller who shall have the say in regard to the personal data furnished to the Processor and in regard to the data processed by the Processor within that framework. All rights attached to the personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain with the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects.

The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Data Processing Addendum, and for all purposes that Parties agree to subsequently.
1.2. Partner and/or Partner’s customers decide what (types of) personal data will be processed by Wonderkind. An overview of the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the purpose of the processing is included in Supplement 1.
1.3. Wonderkind shall refrain from making use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by Partner. Partner will inform Wonderkind of any such purposes which are not contemplated by this Data Processing Addendum.
1.4. All personal data processed on behalf of Partner shall remain the property of Partner, its customers and/or the relevant Data subjects.
1.5. Wonderkind, however, is permitted to use data, after all personal data has been deleted, for statistical purposes to enhance the quality of Wonderkind’s services.

The Processor undertakes to process personal data on behalf and by instructions of the Controller in accordance with the conditions set out in this Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter: ‘the DPA’). The processing will be executed exclusively within the framework of the Agreement, and for all such purposes as may be agreed by the Parties.
I.2. The Processor shall refrain from making any use of the personal data for any purpose other than as specified by the Controller or in the Agreement. The Controller will inform the Processor of any such purposes which are not contemplated in this DPA.
I.3. All personal data processed on behalf of the Controller shall remain the property of the Controller and/or the relevant Data subjects.
I.4. The Processor shall take no solely decisions regarding the processing of the personal data for other purposes, including decisions regarding the provision thereof to third parties and the storage duration of the data.
I.5. Type of data and categories of data subjects shall be defined within the framework of the Agreement.
