Processing Out for Leave of Absence. Employees going out on a leave of absence may be scheduled for an exit interview with Human Resources on the employee’s last day of work prior to commencing the leave. The objective of the exit interview is to give the employee a leave of absence letter, explain the status of benefits while on leave of absence, and ensure final timesheet is completed.
