Production days. Up to four (4) production days (defined as a maximum of eight (8) consecutive hours each), with PAPA JOHN’S creative agency.

Such Production Days may be remote at Talent’s election and may include as approved by Talent, without limitation, a reasonable number of still photo shoots (not to exceed 20), video shoots (including, but not limited to, non-scripted, b-roll and behind the scenes footage), recording of sound bites and voice- over recordings, production of public service announcements and social responsibility themed creative, and on-site media interviews), all as mutually approved by the Company and Talent and pursuant to a mutually approved marketing plan and marketing budget. The Company will have the right to use all results of such production days in all approved media (now known or hereafter devised, and including, without limitation, television programming), provided, that such results have been previously approved by Furnisher.

  • ELECTION DAYS No wages shall be deducted for time lost on election days. The regular work schedule will prevail for Federal and Provincial elections.

  • Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.

  • Snow Days ‌ If an employee after good faith efforts is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, and if a disaster due to weather is declared by the governor or the Grand Traverse County Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, the employee at the employee's option may take a day's leave without pay or work on a pass day to make up the loss day, or may utilize an accumulated sick leave day or vacation day.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.

  • Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor. Lessee shall be responsible for adequate site security on all producing properties.

  • Work Days The work day shall consist of an assigned shift within twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 12:01 a.m.

  • Calendar Quarter January through March, April through June, July through September, or October through December.

  • Working Days Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.

  • consecutive days The Employer may switch scheduled days off to accommodate an emergency situation provided the switch is mutually agreed with the employees affected.
