Professional Responsibility – Workloads. The Employer and the Union are committed to maintaining a workplace that demonstrates a sincere and continuing interest in the individual and collective wellbeing of all staff and recognizes the inherent worth and dignity of every employee. The Employer further recognizes that the issue of workload is of serious concern to bargaining unit members. Employees are encouraged to raise their concerns with their immediate supervisor. In the event that the workload concern is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction, the employee may submit their concerns to the Labour Management Committee. The Employer does not object if the employees wish to use the workload review form attached to this Agreement for reference purposes only.
