Program Management Responsibilities. Each of the Parties agrees to appoint and keep in place during the term of this Agreement a Program Manager. The Program Managers will (i) be the central point of contact for all matters arising under this Agreement with respect to the Program; (ii) monitor the progress of and communicate regularly regarding the status of the Program; (iii) review and propose amendments to the Development Plans, as necessary; and (iv) participate in quarterly meetings to review the overall progress of the Program contemplated hereunder and to provide overall supervision and oversight. The meetings will be held via telephone or in person at alternating locations, as the Parties shall determine. The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer.
