Progress Status Meetings. Progress status meetings shall be held as directed by the Program Management Office. These meetings shall be scheduled on a recurring basis with intervals no more than weekly but no less than monthly, The goal of progress status meetings is to discuss the critical aspects of this project related to program success. The contractor shall provide to the Government at least 4 calendar days advance notice of the time, date, and location of the progress status meetings.

Progress Status Meetings. Consultant will meet monthly with the City staff to discuss project progress, status, schedule, budget, potential issues, required decisions and upcoming activities for the next month. Consultant will prepare Meeting Minutes. Six (6) monthly meetings are included
Progress Status Meetings. Consultant will conduct progress status meetings with District’s Project Manager monthly to discuss accomplishments such as milestones and deliverables completed, the Tasks and Subtasks that were actively performed during the reporting period, issues encountered or anticipated, explanations and recovery plan for any Tasks that are behind schedule, and any anticipated changes to the Agreement that may be necessary to complete the Scope of Services. Consultant will prepare and maintain the meeting agendas, minutes, and action items log. Consultant will review the status of each action item at every progress status meeting.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Grievance Meetings Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay to an Employee for the purpose of attending grievance meetings with the Employer.
