Prohibited Behavior. You may not access Google services from an Application that engages in deceptive, unfair, harassing or otherwise annoying practices. For example, the Application may not: (a) use, or permit an unaffiliated person to use, an end user’s computer system for any purpose not understood and affirmatively consented to by the end user (including, without limitation, for purposes of consuming bandwidth or computer resources, sending email messages, launching denial of service attacks, accruing toll charges through a dialer or obtaining personal information from an end user’s computer such as login, password, account or other information personal to the end user); (b) intentionally create or exploit any security vulnerabilities in end user computers; (c) trigger pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, or similar obstructive or intrusive functionality, that materially interfere with an end user’s Web navigation or browsing or the use of his or her computer; (d) repeatedly ask an end user to take, or try to deceive an end user into taking, an action that the end user has previously declined to take (such as repeatedly asking an end user to change his or her home page or some other setting or configuration); (e) redirect browser traffic away from valid DNS entries (except that your Application may direct unresolved URLs to an alternative URL designated by you, provided that the page to which the end user resolves adequately informs the end user that you and your Application are the source of that page); (f) interfere with the browser default search functionality (except that your Application may permit an end user to change his or her default search engine with proper disclosure, consent and attribution as provided below); or (g) engage in activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Prohibited Behavior. A Distributor App must not engage in illegal, misleading, deceptive, harmful, harassing, or otherwise annoying practices, or practices that tend to degrade the speed or overall quality of an End User’s experience (in each case, as determined by Google in its sole discretion). For example, a Distributor App may not do any of the following: (a) Intentionally create, facilitate the creation of, or exploit any security vulnerabilities in an End User’s computer. (b) Trigger pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, or similar obstructive or intrusive functionality that materially interferes with an End User’s web navigation or browsing or the use of his or her computer. (c) For a period of six months after an End User declines to take (or reverses) an action with respect to that Distributor App (including, without limitation, during installation, use, update or uninstallation of a Distributor App), re-prompt the End User to take, or try to deceive the End User into taking, such action. (d) Redirect browser traffic away from valid DNS entries. (e) Interfere with or bypass general browser messaging, functionality or performance, including without limitation general rendering of web pages (for example, by injection of html code into web pages viewed by the End User on a browser, where such html code is not provided specifically for the purpose of enhancing either (i) the quality of rendering or (ii) the speed of rendering of the page called by the End User). (f) Engage in an activity that violates any applicable law or regulation. (g) Contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like.

Prohibited Behavior. It is a violation of our drug-free workplace policy to use, possess, sell, trade, and/or offer for sale alcohol, illegal drugs or intoxicants. Prescription and over-the-counter drugs are not prohibited when taken in standard dosage and/or according to a physician's prescription. Any employee taking prescribed or over-the- counter medications will be responsible for consulting the prescribing physician and/or pharmacist to ascertain whether the medication may interfere with safe performance of his/her job. If the use of a medication could compromise the safety of the employee, fellow employees or the public, it is the employee's responsibility to use appropriate personnel procedures (e.g., call in sick, use leave, request change of duty, notify supervisor) to avoid unsafe workplace practices. The illegal or unauthorized use of prescription drugs is prohibited. It is a violation of our drug- free workplace policy to intentionally misuse and/or abuse prescription medications. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if job performance deterioration and/or other accidents occur.
Prohibited Behavior. Vendor may not taunt, abuse or engage in a verbal or written altercation with any event attendee, other vendor, entertainer or other participant. Vendor may not engage in any action that may be in direct conflict with the purpose, mission, values and/or spirit of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx. Violators shall be subject to removal at the discretion of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx.
Prohibited Behavior. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal from the Program: • behavior or language that is detrimental or threatening to the health, welfare, or safety of the Student or Amideast staff, faculty, virtual exchange partners, or other students, including harassment of any kind, threats or use of physical or verbal violence, cyberbullying, bullying (defined as unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance), actions motivated by bias as related to sexual orientation, mental/physical disability, race, religion, or ethnicity • self-endangerment, including statements about inflicting self-harm and involvement in activities or behavior that could result in personal harm • disrespectful, aggressive, dishonest, or abusive language and/or behavior towards Amideast staff, faculty, virtual exchange partners, or other students • sharing with individuals outside the Program any personal information, forum posts, or other documents from the LMS that belong to other Students, Amideast staff, or faculty • failure to comply with the directions of a staff or faculty member acting in the performance of their job • disorderly, indecent, or obscene conduct, which could include gestures, language, or actions and includes behavior that disrupts programmatic activities • misuse of the Amideast Online LMS platform • providing unauthorized access to the Amideast Online LMS platform student accountunauthorized use of or virtual entry to any Amideast or partner institution facilities or equipment • unauthorized access to, viewing, copying, or distribution of Amideast records • use of Amideast Online LMS for any illegal purpose • absence from programmatic activities without proper notification to Amideast staff • forgery or alteration of legal, government, or Amideast-issued documents with the intent or purpose to defraud • plagiarism, cheating, use of unauthorized materials, or engaging in, accessing, or distributing confidential academic materials‌ • falsification of personal records, including, but not limited to, any alteration of transcripts or grade reports, Student medical or other records, the application for admission, financial aid documents, or other official documents required for participation in the Programconduct unbecoming an Amideast Education Abroad Program Student • conduct that may result in damage to the reputation of Amideast and/or Amideast Education Ab...
