  • Prohibited Uses You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.   • Prohibited Use 4. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • Use of Vacation Leave for Sick Leave Purposes The Employer may allow an employee who has used all of his or her sick leave to use vacation leave for sick leave purposes as provided in Article 12.2 A.   • Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave. This leave is non-cumulative.

  • EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTOR PROHIBITED During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:
