Project Completion and Liquidated Damages. This project shall be completed in its entirety on or before the completion date listed on the cover of this proposal contract. Work completed after this date shall incur Liquidated Damages of $1,000/day. No partial payments, including payment for stockpile materials, shall be made before work begins. Contractor to coordinate scheduling of work with each airport. No work will be allowed during Special Events, Holidays, or Holiday weekends, or as directed by the Engineer. In order to provide the Contractor flexibility in scheduling work, time charges will start once work begins at each airfield, stop for curing when temporary striping is applied, and restart when specified cure times have been satisfied.   • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT 9.9.1 Upon receipt of written notice that the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a final Application for Payment, the Architect will promptly make such inspection and, when he or she finds the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, he or she will promptly issue a final Certificate for Payment stating that to the best of his / her knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of his or her observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable. The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP Following the JOA and purchase order issuance, the County will issue a Notice to Proceed (NTP) that will provide the construction start date, the Work duration period, and the Substantial Completion date. The Contractor agrees to begin and complete construction within the dates specified on the NTP. The County must approve all extensions of time in writing. The County may also issue an Emergency Notice to Proceed (NTP). In the event the County requires the Contractor to respond to an immediate request for work, a Job Order will be created and an Emergency NTP will be issued. The Contractor will be required to perform the Scope of Work included with the Emergency NTP as directed by the County’s Project Manager or designee. The Detailed Scope of Work, Quotation, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non Pre-priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • At Substantial Completion and Final Completion the Contractor shall provide a certification letter certifying that the Work does not contain asbestos as required by the UTUGCs.

  • Notice to Proceed Work shall not commence on this Project until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.
