Project Completion Documents Clause Samples
The Project Completion Documents clause defines the requirements for the documentation that must be provided upon the completion of a project. Typically, this includes items such as as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and certificates of compliance, which the contractor must deliver to the client before final acceptance of the work. By specifying these deliverables, the clause ensures that the client receives all necessary information and documentation to operate, maintain, and verify the completed project, thereby facilitating a smooth transition and reducing the risk of disputes over project closure.
