Project Financial Administration. The coordinator will carry out the necessary financial controlling. This includes the collection of annual cost statements (for the internal management) and the commitment on availability of funds for selected projects from each partner as well as the preparation of the financial report for the European Commission at the end of this ERA-NET Cofund. Main duties and responsibility are: • Establish a project specific account to guarantee and protect payments; • Distribute financial contributions to each Consortium partner in agreement with the regulations of the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement and without unjustified delay; • Ensure that all funding claims are pre-screened for eligibility; • Ensure that EU co-funding does not exceed maximum co-funding limits; • Keep up-to date and accurate accounting records; • Initiate and implement budget revisions approved by the Governing Board in due time; • Collect annual cost statements from each Consortium partner; • Submission and organisation of the cost statements; • Ensure audit certificates are provided by the partners as required; • Ensure commitment on availability of funds for selected projects from each partner; • Establish a contingency fund for a percentage of the Commission funding in accordance with Commission requirements. This can be utilised if there is an issue with underfunding for selected transnational projects upon agreement of the management team; • Preparation of the financial report for the European Commission at the end of this ERA-NET Cofund; • Initiation of technical and financial audits (if required).

The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
