Funding Limits. The Contractor must fulfil its obligation to perform the Tasks and its other obligations under this Contract within the SLC Annual Funding Limit, Current Budget, Capital Budget and PSWBS Category Levels (in each case as amended in accordance with Part 2 (Baseline Management and Change Control) of the Programme Management Schedule if applicable) set by the Authority for each Contract Year as specified in Part 1 of the Finance Schedule (Funding Limits, Available Base Fee and Available Base Plus Fee).
Funding Limits. In Bank’s sole discretion, Bank may establish a limit determined by Bank on the amount of certain transaction items (“Funding Limit”), including but not limited to ACH items, Sweep Services, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposits, and any other Services. Bank will have no obligation to fund the Service for amounts in excess of available amounts in the Funding Limit. If Bank establishes a Funding Limit, Bank will reasonably notify Customer. Bank may at any time, either verbally, in writing, or by any other means of providing notice under this Agreement, notify Customer of any change Bank makes in the Funding Limit.
Funding Limits. Each adjunct faculty member may be reimbursed up to $375 per academic year (fall, spring, summer) or $750 for each two-year period dating from the start of the contract (i.e. $750 for 2021-22 and 2022-23, $750 for 2023-24 and 2024-25). No more than $200 of the $375 may be for technology expenses that support teaching. An adjunct faculty member may not use more than $375 in the first year of each two-year period. Reimbursement will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the following annual limits on total reimbursements:

Funding Limits. The City shall provide bargaining unit members with a pool of money available for educational reimbursement (in accordance with this policy) that shall be capped at $ 40,000 per fiscal year. It is understood that these funds will be available on a first come, first serve basis and there shall be no reimbursement for that fiscal year after the annual $ 40,000 funding has been exhausted for that year. Reimbursement will be available during each fiscal year for courses that have a COMPLETION date between October 1st and the following September 30th for that fiscal year. There shall be NO reimbursement for any courses that had a completion date prior to October 1, 2020.
Funding Limits. The ESFA reserves the right to impose a Funding Limit on the Training Provider at any given time during the Term if one or more of the following circumstances apply: the Training Provider is a New Provider in respect of which a Provider Growth Limit applies; and / or the ESFA has concerns about the Training Provider’s ability to deliver Training to any Apprentices in excess of the number of Apprentices to whom the Training Provider is delivering the Training at the date the ESFA makes its determination; and / or the ESFA believes, based on the Training Provider’s accounts or any other financial or performance information it has at its disposal, that the acceptance of new Apprentices by the Training Provider would give rise to an unacceptable level of operational risk. If the ESFA imposes a Funding Limit, it shall notify the Training Provider in writing, giving its reasons for imposing such a limit. After receiving such notification, the Training Provider shall be prohibited from accepting any new Apprentices until such time as the ESFA informs the Training Provider in writing that the limit no longer applies. Assignment and Subcontracting The Training Provider may not, without the prior written consent of the ESFA, assign, transfer, or in any other way make over to any third party the benefit and / or the burden of this Agreement. If the Training Provider subcontracts any part of the delivery of the Training, it must comply with the provisions set out in the Funding Rules relating to subcontracting and the ESFA’s Subcontracting Policy. If the Training Provider subcontracts any part of the delivery of the Training, the Training Provider shall retain primary responsibility for any obligation or duty attributable to it under this Agreement and / or the contract for services with the Employer. The Training Provider is responsible for all the acts and omissions of its Subcontractors connected to or arising out of the delivery of the Training which it subcontracts. The Training to be delivered with Funding provided under this Agreement may only be subcontracted to one level. 6.1.2 All monies paid and payable by the Authority to the Contractor in relation to each Contract Year, excluding Fee, shall attrite the Annual Site Funding Limit.
Funding Limits. CHFA will not pay more than the Counseling Funds awarded to it pursuant to the Grant Agreement even if Sub-Grantee reports more than 100% of the dollar value of Counseling Funds awarded to CHFA. At each threshold, CHFA will evaluate Sub-Grantee’s reported production by targeted geographic area, level of production, low-income and minority populations, and whether they are a homeowner or renter; if it exceeds or does not meet the allowable variances described below, then the Sub-Grantee will be required to submit explanatory information for NeighborWorks America’s consideration. If the variances are significant enough or the explanation is not sound, as determined by NeighborWorks America, then CHFA will have cause to perform a Recapture of Funds or De-obligation of Funds or may choose to adjust the Sub-Grantee’s disbursement schedule until Sub-Grantee is able to perform and report within the allowable variances.
