PROJECT OUTPUT. Outputs To recover water and maintain water pressure within the Basin, the outputs of this Agreement will be the: replacement of old bores legally operating in an uncontrolled state with controlled bores and efficient, controlled watering systems; and restoration of critical infrastructure assets. Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth In addition to the roles and responsibilities set out in Schedule A, the Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the Interim Great Artesian Basin Infrastructure Investment Program under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; and providing a consequent financial contribution to Queensland to support the implementation of this Agreement. Role of Queensland In addition to the roles and responsibilities set out in Schedule A, Queensland will be responsible for: providing a financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement; all aspects of implementation of Project Outputs set out in this Agreement; and reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments. Shared roles The Commonwealth and Queensland will: be jointly responsible for developing and agreeing to the project list (Schedule B), in accordance with Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments, and Schedule A to this Agreement, concurrently with or as soon as possible following the signing of this Agreement, a list of projects to be completed by 30 April 2020; and meet the requirements of Schedule E, Clause 26 of the IGA FFR, by ensuring that prior agreement is reached on the nature and content of any events, announcements, promotional material or publicity relating to activities under this Agreement, and that the roles of both Parties will be acknowledged and recognised appropriately.

PROJECT OUTPUT. A. Publications: Any project-related articles, papers, or presentations that are authored or prepared by the Project Team and published or distributed (at a conference or otherwise). List author name; title; publication or conference; volume, issue, and pages (if applicable); and year of publication. The Prime Recipient is required to send a copy of each publication to the program support designated by the EERE Program Director. Scientific/technical conference papers/proceedings must also be reported in accordance with Section II.B of “EERE Reporting Instructions.”

Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth The Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the Lymphoedema Compression Garment Scheme under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; and providing a consequent financial contribution to South Australia to support the implementation of this Agreement. Role of South Australia South Australia will be responsible for: all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement; and reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments.
PROJECT OUTPUT. All output, rights, and tangible or intangible benefits, whatsoever, derived from the Project and received by SCPPA, including without limitation, all Energy (including Project Energy, Delivered Energy and Excess Energy), Capacity Rights and Environmental Attributes, whether received by SCPPA under or pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement or other applicable Project Agreement.
PROJECT OUTPUT. Output The output of this Agreement will be a series of trials to test new technologies or innovative uses of existing technologies to improve the safety of women and children affected by family and domestic violence, as part of the Women’s Safety Package delivered alongside the National Plan to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children 2010–2022, including conduct of: technology trials; and evaluations of each of the trials to identify technological solutions to support future development and possible national implementation. Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth The Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the technology trials under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; conducting an overall evaluation of the Women’s Safety Package —Technology Trial measure, including incorporating findings from the States’ evaluations of the technologies trialled under this Agreement; and providing a consequent financial contribution to the States, in accordance with the Schedules to the Agreement, to support the implementation of this Agreement. Role of the States and Territories The States will be responsible for: providing a matched financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement; all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement and relevant Schedules; providing the Commonwealth with the results of the evaluations of each of the trials conducted under this Agreement to support the Commonwealth’s overall evaluation of the Women’s Safety Package —Technology Trial measure; and reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in schedules to this Agreement. Shared roles The Commonwealth and the States will be jointly responsible for: developing and agreeing bilateral Schedules which set out agreed technology trials and associated milestones, reporting and payment arrangements in accordance with clause 13 of this Agreement; and

Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth The Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement by the selected States against milestones specified in the schedules to this Agreement; providing a financial contribution to the selected States to support the delivery of joint social impact investments in accordance with the requirements specified in the schedules to this Agreement; providing Commonwealth data and analysis to the States to support the joint social impact investments in accordance with the requirements specified in the schedules to this Agreement; and evaluating joint Commonwealth State facilitation of social impact investments for the purpose of trialling Commonwealth funding for social impact investment. Role of the States and Territories The States will be responsible for: providing a financial contribution to the joint social impact investments specified in the schedules to this Agreement; all aspects of delivering on the outputs set out in the schedules to this Agreement; reporting on the delivery of outputs set out in the schedules to this Agreement; providing State data and analysis to the Commonwealth to support the joint social impact investments in accordance with the requirements specified in the schedules to this Agreement; and providing in-kind support in accordance with the requirements specified in the schedules to this Agreement in relation to a Commonwealth evaluation of the joint Commonwealth State facilitation of social impact investments.
PROJECT OUTPUT. Output The output of this Agreement will be the continued operation and development of the NCCTRC’s national and regional response capability and its maintenance in a state of readiness to respond to incidents of national and international significance including: Response capability Maintenance of Royal Darwin Hospital’s (RDH’s) surge capacity that is critical to NCCTRC operations by: maintaining the trauma service in accordance with Royal Australian College of Surgeons accreditation standards; training, exercising and maintaining a surge capacity workforce for sudden onset health emergencies of national and international significance; and conducting emergency planning for RDH and maintaining activation plans for NCCTRC. Maintenance, ongoing development and operation of the national Australian Medical Assistance Team (AUSMAT) capability by: Providing 24/7 response capability and support to the Australian Government via the Department of Health (Health), including the deployment, or potential deployment, of AUSMATs domestically and internationally. Training, exercising, preparing and selecting personnel for deployment through: the development and running of appropriate training courses for all AUSMAT team members and skills groups; ensuring that AUSMAT team members engage with exercises and courses held by partner organisations; ensuring team selection for deployments and training optimizes overall AUSMAT cohort capability; and

Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth The Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the Lymphoedema Compression Garment Scheme under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; and providing a consequent financial contribution to Tasmania to support the implementation of this Agreement. Role of Tasmania Tasmania will be responsible for: all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement; and reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments.
