Project Records and Files. The Consultant will maintain the project records and files for the Design and the contract. Project records will include status reports, meeting minutes, field notes, and other existing condition data, and plans, and specifications for progress and final submissions. The Consultant will turn over the project records and any equipment purchased using the project funds to the Sponsor.

Project Records and Files. The Engineer will develop a project filing system, both for data in hard copy format and for electronic data. This filing system, which will be maintained in the Engineer’s offices for the life of the project, will be designed to assure that files can be easily located and retrieved at all times. This filing system will also assure that electronic files are frequently backed up, with duplicate copies stored at a secure, off-site location. In addition to any hardcopies as may be required, all information provided by the Engineer to the Client will be in electronic format: • Signal timing files will be provided in Synchro™ Version 7 or other version as desired by the Client. • The Raw travel time run files will be provided in the format directly obtained from the global positioning system (GPS) device. These files will be either of the text or Comma Separated Values (CSV) type. As a minimum, the following items will be clearly identified: o Longitude (in decimal format) o Latitude (in decimal format) o Time stamp (date, hour, and minutes in Central Standard Time) o Instantaneous speed in mph o Run number (unique within the file delivered), with run being defined as a complete travel time run in one direction from the starting point to the end of the studied corridor o GPS readings at intervals of at least every second • Turning movement count files will be provided in .vol format, which is a text format that can be imported directly into Synchro™ and other commonly used signal timing optimizations programs. • Other files will be furnished in a Microsoft Office Application or Adobe PDF format. Electronic data (including counts and travel time runs) will be provided to the Client as soon as practical after such files become available. As appropriate, these files will be transmitted by means of email or will be posted to a private FTP site and a notification will be sent to the Client by email to advise that the files have been posted. Additionally, as each corridor is completed, we will submit to the Client a DVD with all of that corridor’s final electronic files.

  • Project Records A. The Grantee shall establish an official file for the project. The file shall contain adequate documentation of all actions taken with respect to the project, including copies of this Grant Agreement, approved program/budget modifications, financial records and required reports.

  • Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.

  • Student Records The School shall maintain student records for current and former students in accordance with the requirements of State and federal law, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, as may be amended from time to time.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours. City shall further have the right to audit such records, to make transcripts therefrom and to inspect all program data, documents, proceedings, and activities.

  • Records and Inspection The LLC shall maintain at its place of business the Articles of Organization, any amendments thereto, this Agreement, and all other LLC records required to be kept by the Act, and the same shall be subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request, and the expense, of any Member.

  • Records and Record Keeping Therapist may take notes during session, and will also produce other notes and records regarding Patient’s treatment. These notes constitute Therapist’s clinical and business records, which by law, Therapist is required to maintain. Such records are the sole property of Therapist. Therapist will maintain Patient’s records for ten years following termination of therapy. However, after ten years, Patient’s records will be destroyed in a manner that preserves Patient’s confidentiality.
