Staff Qualifications and Training. The Consultant must provide sufficient trained personnel to adequately and competently perform the requirements of this agreement. In lieu of the NICET certification requirements, the Sponsor may accept evidence that the person proposed for employment (1) has satisfactorily performed similar duties as a former NYS Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) employee or (2) has a combination of education and appropriate experience commensurate with the scope of the position in question.
