Task Activities. Prepare for and conduct a series of meetings/workshops to develop ideas and alternatives for the solids treatment and handling improvements described in Task 100. This task will consist of the following meetings and workshops:
Task Activities. Discuss with the Client Project Manager the plan for reviewing the organization’s operational requirements.
Task Activities. Develop recommendations and guidelines for continued administration and maintenance of the classification and compensation system by County staff, including recommendations and guidelines related to: • how employees will move through the pay structure/system as a result of transfers, promotions, or demotions; • how to pay employees whose base pay has reached the maximum of their pay range or value of their position; • the proper mix of pay and benefits; • how often to adjust pay scales and survey the market; • the timing of implementation; and • how to keep the system fair and competitive over time.
Task Activities. Discuss with the County’s Project Manager (CPM) and any other key personnel (i.e., executive leadership) the following objectives: • the classification and pay plan study process; • understand mission and current compensation philosophy; • review our proposed methodology, approach, and project work plan to identify any necessary revisions; • reach agreement on a schedule for the project including all assignments and project milestones/deliverables; and • establish an agreeable communication schedule.
Task Activities. Using data collected in Task 2.0 through Task 4.0, evaluate each Department’s Organization and Management: Leadership Structure Strategic Alignment Management Accountability
Task Activities. Conduct regression analysis or other appropriate techniques to properly slot each classification into the proposed pay plan for the County.
Task Activities. ♦ Develop a Comprehensive Plan document that includes summaries of the individual plan elements described in this scope of services. This will include highlights of the planning process, maps, and resulting key action items and proposed projects from the individual plans, as well as the recommended implementation plan.
