PROJECT TIME PERIOD. Work under this Agreement shall begin November 1, 2021 and extend to October 31, 2022. No work shall be performed under this Agreement until a notice to proceed is received from the Commission.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from September 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021. The Commission's representative may, in writing, extend the project time period for good cause as shown by the Sponsor. The grant funds in paragraph (2) not expended or duly obligated during the project time period shall be released for use in other projects under §305.230 RSMo.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from the date of execution by the Commission to December 31, 2010. The Commission's chief engineer may, for good cause as shown by the Sponsor in writing, extend the project time period.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. Based upon the revised project schedule, the original project time period of August 1, 2023, will be extended to August 1, 2024, to allow for completion of the work. Paragraph (4) of the Original Agreement is hereby amended accordingly.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. All PROJECT activities shall not begin until the execution date of SA and federal authorization from the Program Manager has been provided to the LPA. The PROJECT Closeout Date and PROJECT Agreement End Date (Period of Performance 2 CFR Part 200.309) will be established at the time of federal authorization. The PROJECT Closeout Date is the date by which the LPA must complete all related project closeout activities and reviews. The Project Closeout Date and Project Agreement End Date will be determined using the established MDOT SHA project end date procedures. The LPA will comply with MDOT SHA’s monitoring requirements to include quarterly progress reports due with the billing invoice, which shall be submitted to the District Engineer within MDOT SHA until the Project has been closed out. The MDOT SHA and LPA of federal funds shall retain all documents and records subject to audit for a minimum of 3 years from the last expenditure report payment. If there is an action resulting from an audit or other action started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until completion of the action and resolution of all issues or the end of the three-year period, whichever is later in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 18, Section 18.42- Retention and Access Requirements for Records.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. Based upon the revised project schedule, the project time period of December 31, 2020, will be extended to December 31, 2021, to allow for completion of the work. Paragraph (1) of the First Supplemental Agreement is hereby amended accordingly.
PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from November 15, 2016 until the equipment is disposed of in accordance with paragraph (28).
