Promotional Commitments. ICP shall provide to AOL a monthly report documenting its compliance with any promotional commitments it has undertaken pursuant to Section 3 in the form attached as Exhibit E hereto.

Promotional Commitments. Both parties agree to promote the availability of the Operator Content on the Nextel Online Internet Service in accordance with Exhibit D. In addition, Nextel may (but shall not be required to) (i) include one or more links to the Operator Site on the Nextel Site and (ii) include a description (including in such description Operator’s name and/or corporate logo) of the services and features available on the Operator Site or through the Handset Link on the Nextel Site and in promotional and advertising materials regarding Nextel and the Nextel Online Internet Services.
Promotional Commitments. The Parties hereby agree that they shall undertake during the Term the promotional obligations set forth in Exhibit P. NFLE will coordinate with the Interactive Parties regarding promotion of the NFL Sites, including cooperation in making promotional solicitations to prior NFL Sites end users (subject to applicable privacy policies).

(b) Each mention of WB20 in game broadcasts, radio advertising, and cable advertising shall include a reference to a prime-time television series, such as “WB20, your home for (name of WB network series), airing (day) at (time)”, or some shorter form of this phrase.
(c) Four 15-second WB20 promos shall be broadcast within every Game broadcast on television and/or cable. 75% of these promos will be used to promote specific prime-time programming of The WB.
(d) Station shall sponsor/brand one in-Game segment during each broadcast. (e.g. Dunk of the Game). Station sponsorship identifications will include language substantially in the form “Brought to you by WB20, your home for (name of WB network series), airing (day) at (time)”, as appropriate for the time and the audience.
(e) Station shall require Pistons to provide one WB20/The WB in-arena or video interactive promotion subject to the approval of The WB during home Games. In the event that Pistons, instead of the Station, provide the promotions, Station will provide all Piston-provided promotions to The WB for approval and The WB will approve at least one. It will not be necessary for Station to produce said promotion itself. Station promotional identifications will include language substantially in the form “Brought to you by WB20, your home for (name of WB network series), airing (day) at (time)”, as appropriate for the time and the audience; provided that failure by Pistons not caused by Station to include said language shall not be a terminable breach of this Agreement. It is understood that Station and Pistons may be unable to include language of the form required above. This shall be taken into account by The WB during the approval process.
(f) WB20 station promos shall be exhibited on the Palace LED screen above the scoreboard during home Games. These promos will be used to promote specific prime-time programming of The WB.
(g) WB20 station promos shall be exhibited on PalaceVision throughout the arena on Game nights. Any promos whose content is under the control of WB20 will be used to promote specific prime-time programming of The WB. It is understood that Station and Pistons may be unable to include the specific language required above and that policies for the use of PalaceVision may render this commitment impossible to fulfill. Promotional Commitments. In the event that one of the parties notifies the other party that it has reasonably determined that a Promotional Loss of Exclusivity has occurred in a given country, the parties will negotiate in good faith to determine whether it is advisable to reduce or otherwise modify the parties’ then current obligations and commitments to undertake Promotional Efforts or Marketing Efforts in the applicable country in the Co-Promotion Territory or Secondary Co-Promotion Territory pursuant to Sections IV(B)(4), IV(B)(7), IV(B)(9), IV(C)(2), IVa(B)(4), IVa(B)(7), IVa(B)(9) or IVa(C)(2) (collectively, the “Non-R&D Promotional Commitments”). In the event that the parties cannot mutually agree in good faith to any such reductions or modifications within thirty (30) days of the applicable notice, then (i) in the case of a Promotional Potential Loss of Exclusivity, the then current Promotional Commitments for such country shall remain in effect in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or (ii) in the case of a Promotional Actual Loss of Exclusivity, the then current Non-R&D Promotional Commitments for such country shall no longer apply and the parties will have no minimum Promotional Efforts or Marketing Efforts with respect to such country for the remainder of the Term. Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision hereof, for the two-year period ending on the expiration of the Term (as it may be extended pursuant to Section XVII(A)), the parties shall have no obligation to commit to minimum spending levels in respect of Promotional Efforts or Marketing Efforts in the Co-Promotion Territory or the Secondary Co-Promotion Territory, including without limitation pursuant to the Co-Promotion Minimum Marketing Spend or the Secondary Co-Promotion Minimum Marketing Spend.
Promotional Commitments. Sellers shall have delivered to Buyer a schedule of all written and verbal Promotional Commitments entered into or granted by the Company between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, certified by an officer of the Company.
