PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. Employees who have qualified for promotional lists shall be considered for promotion based on the following factors: previous work performance, previous training and experience, merit, ability, and seniority.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. 19.1. We have the right to review and approve any advertisements or promotional materials in connection with your Event that specifically reference the name of the Hotel or a name or logo owned by a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide, including, but not limited to: Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Xxxxxx Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Hilton Grand Vacations. You agree that we may share your Event and Planner information with our third party providers who offer support services to groups holding meetings/functions at our Hotel, including audio/visual services, decorators, florists, and others.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. 38.01 These provisions shall apply to all promotions to any position contained within the bargaining unit other than initial appointment to the position of Full-Time Firefighter.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. A. The following logo and/or credits must be provided on the jacket or other packaging accompanying the soundtrack (Sound Recording):
i. AFM logo or credit to "American Federation of Musicians.”
ii. The instrumental musicians who performed on the largest recording session from which a cue is extracted for the soundtrack record must be credited by name and instrument (the largest session is the one utilizing the most musicians; if more than one has the identical "largest" number, the Producer or its Licensee will identify from which session the credits will be determined). Such musicians may be grouped by instrumental categories.
iii. The Leader/Conductor, Orchestra Manager, Orchestrator(s) Librarian, and Music Prep Service/Supervising Copyist must be credited by name and position.
iv. An “organization name credit" that has been approved by the AFM must be placed on the front or back cover in a type size that is not less than fifty percent (50%) of the type size used for the composer credit unless no applicable organization name credit exists; provided that the entity that owns the organization name has agreed to hold harmless and indemnify the Producer and/or its Licensee from and against any action arising out of the authorized use of such organization names.
B. The Employer or its Licensee must provide the AFM with 75 copies of the commercially released soundtrack recording as soon as practicable upon its release.

We have the right to review and approve any advertisements or promotional materials in connection with your function which specifically reference the name of the Hotel or a name or logo owned by a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide, Inc., including, but not limited to: Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Doubletree, Xxxxxx, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites, Hilton Grand Vacations, Embassy Suites Hotels, Waldorf~Astoria and Waldorf~Astoria Collection. You agree that we may share your meeting and meeting planner information with our third party providers who offer support services to groups holding events at our Hotel, including audio/visual services, decorators, florists, and others.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. Seniority shall be one factor considered by the County in filling the job vacancy or new position. Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service as a County employee or a nurse who has completed the probationary period.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. The Hotel has the right to review and approve any advertisements or promotional materials in connection with your event that specifically reference the name of the Hotel or a name or logo owned by Hilton Worldwide, Inc.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. We have the right to review and approve any advertisements or promotional materials in connection with your function which specifically reference the Hilton name or logo. Hilton Hotels does not offer or accept any terms or conditions which provide commissions, rebates, HHonors points or other forms of compensation related to revenue for food, beverage, room or equipment rental.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. The Employer agrees to consider seniority along with employee qualifications, past work performance and disciplinary record when making promotional decisions within the work unit. If employees of equal qualifications, including similar job-related educational achievements and similar performance and disciplinary records, apply for a position the employee with the most seniority will be given preference. The final decision concerning the qualifications of applicants for promotion rests with the Employer.
PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. 1. JCU will provide MJPRU with general and program information, logos and signs of identification for use in the recruitment of students to the GBCEP.
2. The promotional materials for the program will be branded with MJPRU and JCU logos. MJPRU will provide to JCU a draft of all promotional materials and other uses of JCU’s name, logo or trademarks for final approval to JCU, which includes any and all JCU-related information. Any use of JCU’s name, logo, trademarks or materials in relation to GBCEP require prior approval from JCU.
3. MJPRU will create a special section on their website to advertise this educational partnership and specific programs of articulation, as long as such website use is consistent with applicable law and educational requirements applicable to each institution.
