Promotional Discounts. The Company may from time to time offer promotional discounts. Such discounts will be for a specified period of time, will not exceed published rates, and will be offered to all qualifying Customers.
Promotional Discounts. For any special or promotional sale prices, reductions, or other discounts provided to any Authorized User eligible to use this Contract, Contractor shall immediately extend and provide notification of such sale prices or discounts to all Authorized Users during the term of the Contract. Such notice shall also advise the duration of the specific sale or discount price. The Lead State Contract Administrator shall be provided notice in advance of any such promotional discount being extended to any Authorized User that is eligible to utilize this Contract.
Promotional Discounts. The Customer understands that if any changes are made to the initial order, including billing cycle changes, within twelve (12) months of date of sale that all promotional discounts will be forfeited. The Company will have the right to offset any of these additional costs against any monies due to the customer.
Promotional Discounts. There may be promotional discount coupons and discount codes (“Discounts”) distributed to the User on Gaming Nation. These Discounts are:
Promotional Discounts. US/INTELICOM agrees to offer a promotional discount of its fees for certain of Licensee's Phones. - To be eligible for this promotional discount, a Phone must "qualify" by being sold or leased by Licensee to a customer directly acquired by Licensee in the normal course of Licensee's telemarketing, direct marketing and telesales business. - Any Phone sold or leased by Licensee that uses a Mass Production PIN in adding additional units or airtime usage will not qualify for promotional discount. - Promotional discounts shall be used to offset all license fees due hereunder.
