Common use of Protective Clothing for Electrical Clause in Contracts

Protective Clothing for Electrical. Workers The Trustees will reimburse electrical workers up to four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00) annually for the purchase of protective clothing as required by NFPA 70E Arc Flash Protection. These employees shall be eligible for reimbursement up to twice each year for a total not to exceed four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00). New employees who are eligible for this reimbursement will be reimbursed after completion of their probationary period and every year thereafter. Requirements for the wearing of protective clothing will be in accordance with published work rules.
