Provision of Annual Report. (a) So long as any Bonds remain outstanding pursuant to the Indenture, the City shall, or shall cause the Dissemination Agent to, not later than six months after the end of each Fiscal Year (presently by each December 31), commencing with the report for the 2013-14 Fiscal Year, provide to the MSRB, through EMMA, an Annual Report which is consistent with the requirements of Section 4 of this Disclosure Agreement. The Annual Report must be submitted in electronic format, accompanied by such identifying information as provided by the MSRB. The Annual Report may be submitted as a single document or as separate documents comprising a package, and may include by reference other information as provided in Section 4 of this Disclosure Agreement; provided that the audited financial statements of the City Electric Utility Fund may be submitted separately from the balance of the Annual Report and later than the date required above for the filing of the Annual Report if they are not available by that date. If the Fiscal Year changes for the City, the City shall give notice of such change in the manner provided under Section 5(e) hereof.

Provision of Annual Report. (a) The Township shall not later than two hundred seventy (270) days after the end of its fiscal year (currently December 31) for each fiscal year until termination of the Township’s reporting obligations under this Disclosure Agreement pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 hereof provide to the Dissemination Agent the Annual Report prepared for the preceding fiscal year of the Township (commencing for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022). Each Annual Report provided to the Dissemination Agent by the Township shall comply with the requirements of Section 4 of this Disclosure Agreement but may be submitted as a single document or as separate documents comprising a package and may cross-reference other information submitted to the National Repository. Any and all items that must be included in the Annual Report may be incorporated by reference from other information that is available to the public on EMMA, or that has been filed with the Commission.
Provision of Annual Report. (a) The Authority shall provide, or shall cause the Trustee to provide, to the Repository an Annual Report containing the information listed below. In each case, the Annual Report may be submitted as a single document or as separate documents comprising a package, and may cross-reference other information, as provided in Section 4 hereof. If the Fiscal Year changes, the Authority shall give notice of such change in the same manner as required for a Listed Event. The Authority shall provide a copy of the Annual Report to the Trustee. The Annual Report shall be prepared on an annual basis within 270 days after the end of the 2018 Fiscal Year and each subsequent Fiscal Year thereafter.

  • Annual Report Within 90 days after each April 15, starting in the year after the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee will prepare and mail to each Noteholder a report dated as of April 15 of the applicable year that complies with Section 313(a) of the TIA, if the report is required under Section 313(a) of the TIA. The Indenture Trustee will also prepare and mail to the Noteholders any report required under Section 313(b) of the TIA. The deliveries made pursuant to this clause (ii) shall be accompanied by (x) any management letter prepared by the above-referenced accountants, and (y) a certificate of such accountants that, in the course of their examination necessary for their certification of the foregoing, they have obtained no knowledge of any Default or Event of Default, or if, in the opinion of such accountants, any Default or Event of Default shall exist, stating the nature and status thereof.

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.
