PTO Pay at Termination. An employee whose employment has been terminated or who resigns and who has unused accrued PTO pay shall receive such pay in addition to any other pay due in his/her final check. All sell backs or pay outs at time of termination, either voluntarily or involuntarily, shall be paid as time worked.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.
