PTO Pay. PTO pay shall be the rate of pay the employee would have received had the employee worked during the time of PTO.
PTO Pay. Payments per week of PTO will be equal to the employee’s basic hourly wage rate times the hours the employee is regularly scheduled to work in a normal week.
a. PTO time will continue to accrue during time off due to the following:
i. Occupational accident(s) not in excess of one year;
ii. Company paid time on account of holidays, vacations, jury service, or death in the employee’s family;
iii. Any excused time taken off by the employee (without pay by the Company) in order to permit the employee's participation in required reserve, or National Guard, Military Service training (normally not more than two weeks); or,
iv. Time off duty as a result of the employee’s induction into military service, provided the employee has been employed for at least twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the employee's induction.
b. Employees on a leave of absence for any full calendar year will not be eligible for PTO during that year.
PTO Pay. The Sellers shall credit to the Purchasers on the Closing Statement, as of the Closing Date for all earned and accrued paid vacation, sick or personal pay or other paid timeoff of all Transitioned Employees being conveyed on the Closing Date (collectively, “PTO”). The Sellers shall deliver to the Purchasers a list of PTO of Transitioned Employees employed at a Facility or employed at a regional corporate level within five (5) days prior to the Closing for such Facility (the “PTO List”), which shall include all PTO for Transitioned Employees of the applicable Facilities (i) as of the most recent pay period preceding the Closing Date and (ii) projected PTO as of the Closing Date, which shall assume no further vacation or sick days for all Transitioned Employees except for known scheduled vacation. The PTO List shall list all PTO of all Transitioned Employees, including the method of calculation of the PTO and the dollar value thereof to the Transitioned Employees to whom the amounts are potentially owed. The Purchasers shall thereafter be responsible for all such PTO to all such Transitioned Employees to the extent of the credit received from the Sellers at the Closing, and the amount of such PTO shall be subject to the post-Closing reconciliation process described in Section 9.6 below.
PTO Pay. PTO pay shall be the amount which the employee would have earned had the employee worked during that period at the employee’s normal rate of pay plus applicable shift differential and lead pay as appropriate.
12.4.1 Except for scheduled and approved leave pursuant to Section 16.4.4, Personal Leave, before an employee can be granted unpaid time off, an employee must have used the balance of the employee’s accrued paid time off (PTO). (Employees not scheduled to work on a holiday are not required to use PTO.)
PTO Pay. Payments per week of PTO will be equal to the employee’s basic hourly wage rate (including applicable differentials for regularly scheduled shifts) times the hours the employee is regularly scheduled to work in a normal week.
a. PTO time will continue to accrue during time off due to the following:
i. Occupational accident(s) but only for the first one hundred eighty (180) days of such absence;
ii. Company paid time on account of holidays, vacations, jury service, or death in the employee’s family;
iii. Any excused time taken off by the employee (without pay by the Company) in order to permit the employee's participation in required reserve, or National Guard, Military Service training (normally not more than two (2) weeks);
iv. Time off duty as a result of the employee’s induction into military service, provided the employee has been employed for at least twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the employee's induction; or
v. Time off duty due to official Union business as an official Union representative, (as provided for in Article 18, Section 18.01, Paragraph f).
b. Employees on a leave of absence for any full calendar year will not be eligible for PTO during that year.
c. The Company provides a “Paid Time Off” or PTO program which ensures that employees will have a certain amount of paid time off each year to cover vacation, personal or sick time. Employees have the flexibility to decide how much of their paid time off to use for each of these purposes.
d. Net credited service as used in this Article means the employee’s length of accrued time worked, as defined in Article 16, Section 16.01 of this Agreement, subject to Article 16, Section 16.10.
e. A regular full time employee who is eligible for PTO and who is temporarily assigned to part time work not exceeding twelve (12) months shall receive the PTO to which the employee was entitled before being made part-time. If such part time assignment continues into the following calendar year, and the employee is not reassigned to full time work prior to the time of taking his/her PTO, then the employee's PTO accrued for that year shall be based upon the part-time calculation referenced in Article 14, Section 14.01.
PTO Pay. PTO pay shall be based on the number of hours per week comprising the workweek scheduled at straight-time rate. If a holiday occurs during an employee's PTO/vacation period the employee shall be paid at his/her straight time rate and the hours for such holiday shall not be deducted from the number of PTO/vacation hours the employee has accrued. It is the employee's responsibility to ensure timesheets are completed by Payroll deadline.

9.3.1 Except for scheduled and approved leave pursuant to Section 12.9, Personal Leave, before a nurse can be granted unpaid time off (UTO), a nurse must have used the balance of the nurse’s accrued paid time off (PTO). Nurses not scheduled to work on a holiday are not required to use PTO.
9.3.2 Nurses who attend collective bargaining sessions with the Employer on behalf of the Association may have such time charged as unpaid time off (UTO), but shall not have bargaining session days count as personal leave days under Section 12.9

PTO pay is computed at the employee’s appropriate hourly wage rate, 3 including shift differential, based upon their regularly scheduled shift (e.g., from a minimum of seven 4 and a half (7.5) hours up to a maximum of eight (8) twelve (12) hours per day at the time the PTO is 5 taken.
