Public Performance Reporting. The SOA will be subject to an annual performance report being produced for all stakeholders including:- • The Scottish GovernmentThe Account’s Commission • Alliance Board Members • Community/Voluntary Sector Groups • Citizens This will be published through the existing Public Performance Framework of Inverclyde Council.

Public Performance Reporting. 4.6.1 In accordance with statutory requirements, performance information relevant to the services covered by the Trust will be incorporated within the Council’s arrangements for public performance reporting to ensure coherent and regular reporting to stakeholders. 4.6.2 The Trust will provide to the Council all necessary information (on a 4 weekly period basis) which allows it to measure performance against all previously identified statutory and non- statutory performance indicators. In addition, the Council will require other business performance information in support of its corporate reporting requirements including, budgetary control, absence management, customer complaints, and other actions associated with service plans. 4.6.4 The Trust will also provide performance indicators in respect of the Audit Scotland suite of Statutory Performance Indicators, namely: • Number of attendances per 1,000 population for all pools 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 2010/11 0000/00 • Number of attendances per 1,000 population for indoor sports and leisure facilities excluding pools in a combined complex 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 2010/11 0000/00 • Number of visits to/usages of council funded or part funded museums expressed per 1,000 population 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 2010/11 0000/00 • Number of visits that were in person expressed per 1,000 population 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 2010/11 0000/00 • Number of visits to libraries expressed per 1,000 population 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 2010/11 0000/00 4.6.5 The Trust will report on, or develop systems for reporting on, the following non statutory performance indicators on a 4 weekly basis (unless otherwise stated): • Average number of days lost due to staff absence 2012/13: Number of Employees Total Days Lost Average per employee • Percentage of customers satisfied with (reported annually) 2005 2008 2011
Public Performance Reporting. The Government have stated that a ‘one size fits all’ approach to Public Performance Reporting (PPR) does not work. They are stressing the importance of pushing data to interested parties via various means and also having data available for individuals to access themselves. A proposal for PPR is • Focus on specific areas of the SOA in SB Connect (3 times per year) • Focus on specific Council priority in SBC Connect e.g. Priority 1- Economy • Annual SOA report to Government (Sep) • Annual SBC Corporate Plan report (May) • Annual SPI report, including SOLACE Benchmarking
Public Performance Reporting. The Council has an effective public performance reporting framework in place to provide information that matters to the citizens of East Dunbartonshire in a format that is easy to understand. The 2007/08 Annual Public Performance Report incorporated information on the work of the Community Planning Partnership and this will be further developed in future reports to include performance in delivery of the Single Outcome Agreement. The Council and Community Planning Partners are committed to improving performance and being open and transparent about the progress made. The annual report is distributed to all households in East Dunbartonshire through our Edlife quarterly magazine and is also available on the Council website. Translations, large print, braille and audio formats are also available on request. Council citizens are consulted on a regular basis to ensure that the report is providing the information that is of most interest and in a format that is most desirable. Further work on developing the public performance reporting processes within Community Planning form a key part of the Partnership Improvement Plan.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Specific Performance and Remedies Shareholder acknowledges that it will be impossible to measure in money the damage to Parent if Shareholder fails to comply with the obligations imposed by this Agreement and that, in the event of any such failure, Parent will not have an adequate remedy at law or in equity. Accordingly, Shareholder agrees that injunctive relief or other equitable remedy, in addition to remedies at law or in damages, is the appropriate remedy for any such failure and will not oppose the granting of such relief on the basis that Parent has an adequate remedy at law. Shareholder agrees that Shareholder will not seek, and agrees to waive any requirement for, the securing or posting of a bond in connection with Parent’s seeking or obtaining such equitable relief. In addition, after discussing the matter with Shareholder, Parent shall have the right to inform any third party that Parent reasonably believes to be, or to be contemplating, participating with Shareholder or receiving from Shareholder assistance in violation of this Agreement, of the terms of this Agreement and of the rights of Parent hereunder, and that participation by any such persons with Shareholder in activities in violation of Shareholder’s agreement with Parent set forth in this Agreement may give rise to claims by Parent against such third party.

  • Historical Performance Information To the extent agreed upon by the parties, the Sub-Advisor will provide the Trust with historical performance information on similarly managed investment companies or for other accounts to be included in the Prospectus or for any other uses permitted by applicable law.

  • Performance Reports None Specified

  • Specific Performance; Remedies Each party acknowledges and agrees that the other party would be damaged irreparably if any provision of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with its specific terms or were otherwise breached. Accordingly, the parties will be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of the provisions of this Agreement and to enforce specifically this Agreement and its provisions in any action or proceeding instituted in any court having jurisdiction over the parties and the matter, in addition to any other remedy to which they may be entitled, at law or in equity. Except as expressly provided for herein, the rights, obligations and remedies created by this Agreement are cumulative and in addition to any other rights, obligations or remedies otherwise available at law or in equity. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing herein will be considered an election of remedies.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Excuse from performance of obligations If the Affected Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event, it shall be excused from performance of such of its obligations to the extent it is unable to perform on account of such Force Majeure Event; provided that: (a) the suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required by the Force Majeure Event; (b) the Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit damage to the other Party arising out of or as a result of the existence or occurrence of such Force Majeure Event and to cure the same with due diligence; and (c) when the Affected Party is able to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall give to the other Party notice to that effect and shall promptly resume performance of its obligations hereunder.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.
