Notification of LIBOR On each LIBOR Determination Date, the Indenture Trustee will send to the Servicer, the Issuer and the Administrator by facsimile transmission, notification of LIBOR for the following Interest Period.
Publication of Agreement Under SOPPA, the School District must publish the Company’s name and business address, a copy of the Agreement and this Addendum, and a list of any subcontractors to whom School District Data may be disclosed. The Company agrees to provide to the School District prior to execution of the Agreement and this Addendum the name, business address, and list of subcontractors to be published. The Company acknowledges that if there are provisions of the Agreement other than those required to be included in the Agreement and this Addendum by SOPPA that the Company would like redacted before publication, the Company must submit a request in writing to the School District prior to execution of the Agreement and this Addendum. Only if the School District agrees to such redaction prior to the execution of the Agreement and this Addendum shall the redaction be made prior to publication.
Publication of Notices Any obligation the Agents may have to publish a notice to Holders of Global Notes on behalf of the Issuer will be met upon delivery of the notice to DTC.
RECEIPT AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICES 10.1 Immediately after it receives a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy to the Issuer. 10.2 On behalf of and at the request and expense of the Issuer, the Agent shall cause to be published all notices required to be given by the Issuer to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
Confidentiality Publication (a) Background Intellectual Property and Project Intellectual Property of a party, as well as other proprietary or confidential information of a party, disclosed by that party to the other in connection with this STTR project shall be received and held in confidence by the receiving party and, except with the consent of the disclosing party or as permitted under this Agreement, neither used by the receiving party nor disclosed by the receiving party to others, provided that the receiving party has notice that such information is regarded by the disclosing party as proprietary or confidential. However, these confidentiality obligations shall not apply to use or disclosure by the receiving party after such information is or becomes known to the public without breach of this provision or is or becomes known to the receiving party from a source reasonably believed to be independent of the disclosing party or is developed by or for the receiving party independently of its disclosure by the disclosing party. (b) Subject to the terms of paragraph (a) above, either party may publish its results from this STTR project. However, the publishing party shall provide the other party a thirty-day period in which to review proposed publications, identify proprietary or confidential information, and submit comments. The publishing party shall not publish or otherwise disclose proprietary or confidential information identified by the other party and the publishing party will give full consideration to all comments before publication. Furthermore, upon request of the reviewing party, publication will be deferred for up to _____ additional days for preparation and filing of a patent application which the reviewing party has the right to file or to have filed at its request by the publishing party.

PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows: A. Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website; B. The District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on the Comptroller’s website; C. This Section does not require the publication of information that is confidential under Section 313.028 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Notice of variation of order of application The Agent may give notices under Clause 17.2 from time to time; and such a notice may be stated to apply not only to sums which may be received or recovered in the future, but also to any sum which has been received or recovered on or after the third Business Day before the date on which the notice is served.
Variation of order of application The Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders and the Swap Bank, by notice to the Borrowers, the Security Parties and the other Creditor Parties provide for a different manner of application from that set out in Clause 17.1 either as regards a specified sum or sums or as regards sums in a specified category or categories.
Notification of litigation The Borrower will provide the Agent with details of any legal or administrative action involving the Borrower, any Security Party, the Approved Manager, any Ship or the Earnings or the Insurances of any Ship as soon as such action is instituted or it becomes apparent to the Borrower that it is likely to be instituted, unless it is clear that the legal or administrative action cannot be considered material in the context of any Finance Document.
