Purchaser’s Responsibility. The Purchasers and owners from time to time of the Bonds shall in no manner be responsible for the application or disposition of the proceeds thereof or any moneys or Federal Securities accounted for in the 2022 Escrow Account. This clause shall not relieve the Escrow Agent (if it is a holder of the Bonds), in its capacity as Escrow Agent, from its duties under this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Responsibility. No later than one (1) month after the Effective Date, Purchaser shall provide to Seller a specification which shall provide details of Purchaser’s requirements for the Purchaser’s Connection Facilities.

Purchaser’s Responsibility. Purchasers are responsible for Conducting normal inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance procedures as recommended in Contractor’s maintenance manuals, , to work with the contractor to develop a course of action, to make vehicles available for warranty repairs and when performing in-house warranty, to complete repairs in a timely manner in accordance with the determined course of action and to follow parts and labor agreements.
