QA/QC Plan is a plan that details how the Design-Builder will provide quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for both the design and construction elements of the project, obtain samples for Design-Builder quality control testing, perform tests for Design- Builder quality control, provide inspection, and exercise management control (e.g. quality assurance testing) to ensure the work conforms to the Contract Documents.
QA/QC Plan. On or before March 31, 2006, Willbros shall submit to Cheniere’s Authorized Representative, for review and written approval thereof, a quality assurance and quality control plan for materials procurement and for construction (“QA/QC Plan”). Cheniere’s review and approval of the QA/QC Plan shall in no way relieve Willbros of its responsibility for performing the Work in compliance with this Agreement.
QA/QC Plan. Within ten (10) days of execution of the Agreement, Construction Manager shall develop and establish, for the Owner’s benefit, review and approval, a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QA/QC Plan) in order that the standards of construction called for in the Contract Documents are met. The QA/QC Plan shall address the processes, procedures and responsibilities for the identification, tracking and resolution of all non-conforming work. Construction Manager shall utilize the QA/QC Plan to monitor the Work and shall deliver to the Owner updates based upon the approved QA/QC Plan. Construction Manager shall develop a checking and testing procedure that will ensure that all systems are adequately tested and balanced before their acceptance. Construction Manager shall coordinate and monitor all testing provided by others as required by all Contract Documents. Construction Manager shall keep an accurate record of all tests, inspections conducted, findings and test reports.
QA/QC Plan. The plan will be implemented throughout the Project and shall include: Schedule and budget update requirements (i.e. what data, what format and how often to update the PDT), performance metric reporting (i.e. what reports and how often they will be prepared), Project deliverables format requirements, peer review requirements (i.e. what documents and who will review them, and how long they have to review them), final deliverables approval (i.e. who will approve and the routing procedure); and
