Project Management/Coordination. This effort includes both internal project management as well as coordination with Xxxxxxxxxx County and other participating stakeholders. Specific tasks include: a) Perform general project management activities including task leadership, progress reporting, QA/QC management, and invoicing. b) Plan and facilitate six (6) coordination meetings with project stakeholders (Xxxxxxxxxx County, TWDB, local, and state partners) throughout the duration of the project. c) Plan and facilitate three (3) public meetings including a project kickoff, a flood risk review meeting at the conclusion of the modeling and mapping tasks, and a mitigation meeting at the conclusion of the mitigation analysis task.

Project Management/Coordination. Consultant’s project manager will administer all contract paperwork, assign responsibilities to staff, monitor project progress, provide technical direction and oversight, and perform quality assurance reviews. The project manager will coordinate as needed with City of St. Helens and Mackenzie regarding project progress.

GENERAL Contributes at a strategic level in addressing and implementing information technology issues or initiative at an organisational level. Provides advice and assistance to management regarding appropriate project management strategies. Links cyber security budgets to strategic aims and objectives. Identifies and analyses projects and issues of importance that impact on the cyber security services and the Agency‘s business. Consults and liaises with business unit manager, business stakeholders, cyber security team and external resources that have an impact on relevant projects. Coordinates and evaluates project teams and provides advice, guidance and direction. Identifies policies and procedures that need to be developed that relate to projects undertaken. Coordinates projects and initiatives to support policies, standards and operational procedures being met. Develops risk management strategies and action plans related to cyber security projects. Participates on and represents cyber security at relevant committees and working parties involved in the development of cyber security information technology issues and projects. Project Management/Coordination. Xxxx & Peers will work with the City’s project manager to set a schedule for regular project coordination meetings. We recommend twice-monthly check-in coordination calls or meetings to xxxxxx frequent communication on project needs and ensure the project scope, schedule, and budget are effectively managed. Close coordination throughout the project’s duration will enable us to address critical project issues that may arise and better manage the budget and schedule. We will prepare summaries for all meetings and propose maintaining a shared document (e.g., Sharepoint, OneDrive, Google Docs) for ongoing coordination meeting notes that can be easily referenced by all parties. Throughout the project, Xxxx & Peers will produce and maintain a project schedule confirming meetings, project deliverables, and review deadlines. Monthly progress reports will be provided with each invoice outlining tasks accomplished and deliverables provided in the monthly billing cycle. Invoices will be submitted in the format approved by the City. Project Management/Coordination a. Contractor shall have a full time Project Manager assigned to this Project. The Project Manager must be on-site Monday through Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. b. Contractor’s Project Manager must be an employee of the Contractor (not a consultant and not that of one of its subcontractors). c. Contractor shall coordinate with LAWA to ensure efficient and orderly installation of each part of the Work. d. Schedule operations in sequence required to obtain the best results where installation of one part of the Work depends on installation of other components, before or after its own installation. e. Coordinate installation of different components with other contractors to ensure maximum performance and accessibility for required maintenance, service, and repair. f. Make adequate provisions to accommodate items scheduled for later installation. g. Coordinate scheduling and timing of required administrative procedures with other activities and activities of other contractors to avoid conflicts and to ensure orderly progress of the Work. Such administrative activities include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Preparation of Contractor's implementation schedule. (2) Preparation of the Schedule of Values. (3) Installation and removal of temporary facilities and controls. (4) Delivery and processing of submittals. (5) Request for Information (RFI).
Project Management/Coordination a. The A-E shall arrange, attend, and conduct weekly project meetings with the OCPW Project Manager and other Project stakeholders (as needed) to discuss project status, technical issues, schedules, and/or other details of the Project applicable to the CTO Scope Statement. The A-E shall provide a monthly master design schedule update that is inclusive of all CTOs. The A-E shall prepare and distribute the meeting agenda and minutes for each of the project meetings. The agenda shall be submitted to the attendees of the meeting at least two (2) working day prior to each meeting, while the minutes of each meeting shall be provided within five (5) working days following each meeting. Also, at the request of OCPW, the A-E shall attend other meetings (off- or on-site) and/or presentations as needed to complete the terms of CTO. The task assumes that at a minimum, the A-E Project Manager will be made available to attend these occurrences with the appropriate staff. b. In addition to weekly project meetings, on-going informal communications, coordination, and administration, the following meetings, at a minimum, are expected during Preliminary & Final Design and are further expanded upon in Paragraph E Duties and Responsibilities – By Job Category:
Project Management/Coordination a. The ENGINEER shall coordinate, conduct and document a Project Kickoff Meeting with City Staff. b. The ENGINEER shall attend 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% Project Submittal Meetings with City Staff. The ENGINEER shall review the submittal package with City Staff and provide written questions and or comments that may arise during the design process and review those with City Staff and provide recommendations, if required. These meetings may also include meeting with Landowners to review the proposed project alignment. Assume six (6) meetings shall be required. c. The ENGINEER shall provide Contract Management and Coordination. This shall include developing monthly invoices and progress reports, subconsultant coordination, design coordination with the City and design coordination with dry utilities. d. The ENGINEER shall obtain and review the existing data provided from the City and that have a direct impact of the proposed project.
