Qualifications/Eligibility. A. Subcontractor will have the qualifications necessary to successfully complete the objectives of this Agreement. Subcontractor hereby affirms that he/she is eligible to work in the United States as set forth in the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA).

Any Central National Bank account holder who has a qualified account, is signed up for Mobile Banking, and is a user of CNB’s smartphone app, is eligible for the Mobile Check Deposit service, excluding Second Chance Checking Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Central Secret Agent and Youth Savings Accounts. Qualified accounts are determined at Central National Bank's discretion. We will review all accounts for which you are signer in order to determine your qualification for the Service. We will notify you of our decision regarding your qualification for the Service.
