Qualifications for Assignment. 11.2.1 All appointments and assignments to any and all vacancies and openings will be made after consultation with the Building Principal involved, and shall be based on qualifications, experience and seniority.

Every unsuccessful applicant within the system will be advised of the filling of the vacancy as soon as possible after the same is filled.
