Qualified Contractor. A Contractor who has submitted a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to the County’s Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ); has met Vendor’s Minimum Mandatory Qualifications listed in the RFSQ and has an executed Master Agreement with the Department.
Qualified Contractor. Members of this Union shall work only for recognized and qualified contractors or Employers, who supply all material and labor and who shall carry reliable compensation and liability insurance on their employees and shall conform to all municipal and state regulations pertaining to the safety and health of employees. Our Union members who are not contractors shall not be allowed to subcontract work from any contractor, material dealers, agencies or owners.
Qualified Contractor. A Contractor who has submitted a response to the County’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ), RFS, or Work Order solicitation;
Qualified Contractor. This Direction to Pay is given in accordance with this Agreement. All terms used herein shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement.

Qualified Contractor. If the District agrees to contract out the Make-Ready Work, the District shall solicit bids from qualified contractors to perform the work. Upon receipt of bids, the Licensee shall be required to deposit in advance the estimated costs of Make-Ready Work based upon the bid amount plus District’s anticipated administrative costs incurred in awarding the bid and administering the contract. In such case, upon completion of the work, Licensee shall pay District’s actual cost of Make-Ready Work. If the actual cost of the work is less than the deposit, the balance will be refunded to the Licensee.
