Qualified Workforce and Sufficient Staff. Contractor shall require all Trade Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to employ only skilled workmen properly qualified by experience and ability to perform the task assigned to them. In addition, Trade Contractors and Subcontractors shall employ and assign to the Work, at all times, sufficient staff and personnel to perform their subcontracted services in a skilled, professional, and satisfactory manner so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall immediately replace or cause to be replaced all Workmen.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines.   • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction.
