Quality System and Quality Control Processes. The Contractor shall maintain a quality system, associated certifications or compliances, and test/inspection results. The Contractor shall maintain quality and process controls that shall be used to ensure that the manufactured products shall be in compliance with the applicable drawings, specifications, and this SOW. The Contractor shall maintain documentation and processes that shall be used to identify, record, and disposition non-conforming material, in-process rejects/reworks and characteristic discrepancies. This documentation shall be kept by the Contractor until further notified by the Government. The quality management system procedures, planning, and all other documentation or data that comprise the quality management system shall be submitted to the Government for review in accordance with CDRL A007. Existing quality documents that meet the requirements of this contract may continue to be used. The Government may perform any necessary inspections, verifications, and evaluations to ascertain conformance to requirements and the adequacy of the implementing procedures. The Contractor's quality management system shall conform to supplement quality requirements imposed by this contract. The Government reserves the right to disapprove the quality management system or portions thereof when it fails to meet the contractual requirements.

The Contractor shall maintain quality and process controls that will be used to ensure that the production unit will be in compliance with the applicable drawings, specifications, and this statement of work. The Contractor shall maintain documentation and processes that will be used to identify, record, and disposition non-conforming material, in- process rejects/reworks and characteristic discrepancies. This documentation shall be kept by the Contractor until further notified by the Government; at a minimum of one year after contract completion.
Quality System and Quality Control Processes. The Contractor shall maintain a quality system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The Contractor shall maintain and make available to the Government associated certification(s) or compliances, and test/inspection results. The Contractor shall maintain quality control processes to ensure products are in compliance with the applicable drawings and/or specifications and contract. The Contractor shall maintain documentation to identify, record, disposition non- conforming material, and characteristic discrepancies. The Contractor shall disclose any discrepancies and non-conforming material to the Contracting Officer and TPOC immediately. The Contractor shall address corrective and preventive actions appropriate for non-conforming material and shall report via a Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Plan (CDRL A005) within 30 days of the finding. The Contractor shall report non-conformance and discrepancies in the monthly Program Progress Report (CDRL A004). The Contractor shall maintain quality records for the entire duration of this contract. The Contractor shall not ship non-conforming products to the Government. The Contractor shall reimburse the Government for all costs associated with the non- conforming material.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.
