Common use of Quantum of Long Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Quantum of Long Service Leave. (a) An employee is entitled to three months long service leave on the completion of seven and a half years of continuous service and an additional two months long service leave on the completion of each additional five years’ service.

Quantum of Long Service Leave. (ai) An Every employee is after five years of continuous service with the same employer shall be entitled to three months one month’s long service leave on the completion of seven and a half years of full pay; after ten years’ continuous service and to an additional two months one month’s long service leave on the completion of full pay; after 15 years’ continuous service to an additional one month’s long service leave on full pay; and for each additional five years’ servicecontinuous service thereafter to an additional one and a half months’ long service leave on full pay.
