Rate Discrimination. All of Grantee’s rates and charges shall be published (in the form of a publicly-available rate card) and be non-discriminatory as to all Persons and organizations of similar classes, under similar circumstances and conditions. Grantee shall apply its rates in accordance with Applicable Law, with identical rates and charges for all Subscribers receiving identical Cable Services, without regard to race, color, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital, military or economic status, or physical or mental disability or geographic location within the City. Grantee shall offer the same Cable Services to all Residential Subscribers at identical rates to the extent required by Applicable Law and to Multiple Dwelling Unit Subscribers to the extent authorized by FCC rules or applicable Federal law. Grantee shall permit Subscribers to make any lawful in-residence connections the Subscriber chooses without additional charge nor penalizing the Subscriber therefor. However, if any in-home connection requires service from Grantee due to signal quality, signal leakage or other factors, caused by improper installation of such in-home wiring or faulty materials of such in-home wiring, the Subscriber may be charged reasonable service charges by Grantee. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit:
(A) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates or charges in conjunction with valid promotional campaigns; or,
(B) The offering of reasonable discounts to senior citizens or economically disadvantaged citizens; or,
(C) The offering of rate discounts for Cable Service; or,
(D) The Grantee from establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of service for Commercial Subscribers, as allowable by federal law and regulations.

Grantee shall apply its rates in accordance with governing law. Grantee shall permit Subscribers to make any in-residence connections the Subscriber chooses without additional charge and without penalizing the Subscriber therefor. However, if any in-home connection requires service from Grantee due to signal quality, signal leakage or other factors, caused by improper installation of such in-home wiring or faulty materials of such in-home wiring, the Subscriber may be charged appropriate service charges by Grantee. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit:
(A) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates or charges in conjunction with valid promotional campaigns;
(B) The offering of reasonable discounts to similarly situated Persons.
(C) The offering of rate discounts for Cable Service generally.
(D) The offering of bulk discounts for Multiple Dwelling Units.

All Grantee Residential Subscriber rates and charges shall be published and non-discriminatory as to all Persons and organizations of similar classes, under similar circumstances and conditions. Grantee shall establish similar rates and charges for all Residential Subscribers receiving similar services, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, marital or economic status, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, income of the residents, or geographic location within the Grantee's Franchise Area. Nothing in Section 10.6 shall be construed to prohibit:
(A) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates and charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns;
(B) Grantee from offering reasonable discounts to senior citizens or discounts to economically disadvantaged citizens;
(C) Grantee establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of services for commercial subscribers, as well as different, nondiscriminatory monthly rates for classes of commercial subscribers; or
(D) Grantee from establishing reduced bulk rates for Residential Subscribers residing in multiple dwelling units.
Rate Discrimination. All Comcast residential Subscriber rates and charges shall be published and shall not discriminate among persons in the County under similar circumstances and conditions. Comcast shall establish similar rates and charges for all residential Subscribers receiving similar services, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, income or economic status, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or geographic location within the County. Nothing in this Section 3.6 shall be construed to prohibit:
(a) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates and charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns;
(b) The offering of reasonable discounts to senior citizens or discounts to economically disadvantaged citizens;
(c) The establishment of different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of services for commercial Subscribers, as well as different, nondiscriminatory monthly rates for classes of commercial Subscribers; or
(d) The establishment of reduced bulk rates for residential Subscribers residing in multiple dwelling units.

4.3.1. The temporary reduction or waiving of rates or charges in conjunction with valid promotional campaigns;
4.3.2. The offering of reasonable discounts to senior citizens or economically disadvantaged citizens;
4.3.3. Grantee from establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges for commercial customers, as well as different nondiscriminatory monthly rates for commercial customers as allowable by federal law and regulations; or
4.3.4. Grantee from establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges for Residential Subscribers as allowable by federal law and regulations.

(B) The offering of reasonable discounts to senior citizens or economically disadvantaged citizens; or,
(C) The offering of rate discounts for Cable Service; or,
(D) The Grantee from establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of service for Commercial Subscribers, as allowable by federal law and regulations.
Rate Discrimination. Comcast shall not discriminate between or among any individuals in the availability of Cable Service based upon income in accordance with 47 U.S.C. §541(a)(3) or based upon race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, income or economic status, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or geographic location within the Town. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit:
(a) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates and charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns;
(b) The establishment of different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of services for Subscribers;
(c) The establishment of reduced bulk rates for residential Subscribers residing in Multiple Dwelling Units; or
(d) The denial of Service for good cause, including but not limited to non-payment or theft of service, vandalism of equipment, or documented or founded harassment or abuse of Comcast's employees or agents.

Grantee shall establish similar rates and charges for all Subscribers receiving similar services, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, marital or economic status, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, income of the residents, or geographic location within the Grantee’s Franchise Area. Nothing in Section 16.4 shall be construed to prohibit:
(A) The temporary reduction or waiving of rates and charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns;
(B) Grantee from offering reasonable discounts to senior citizens or discounts to economically disadvantaged citizens; or
(C) Grantee establishing different and nondiscriminatory rates and charges and classes of services for commercial subscribers, as well as different, nondiscriminatory monthly rates for classes of commercial subscribers.
