Common use of Rate of Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Rate of Accumulation. Full-time employees shall be credited with fifteen (15) days of paid absence leave as of July 1 of each school year. Part- time employees shall be credited with one (1) hour of paid absence leave for every twenty (20) hours worked, as of July 1 of each school year. Subd. 1.
