Rate of Accumulation. Full-time employees shall be credited with fifteen (15) days of paid absence leave as of July 1 of each school year. Subd. 1. Full-time employees hired other than on July 1 shall be credited with a pro-rated amount of paid absence leave. Subd. 2. Full-time employees who terminate employment prior to the completion of a school year who have exhausted their paid absence leave, shall reimburse the School Board for paid absence leave used in excess of the prorated portion of leave earned based upon the number of days worked to the total work year.
